06/05/2025: A hidden gem we’ll never forget We were eight friends from Norway who had lunch here on a Sunday, and we were welcomed with such warmth by the kind and friendly staff. The food was absolutely delicious! We were served a selection of cured meats, three different pasta dishes, and gnocchi, and finished it all off with a lovely affogato. The portions were generous, and we even got to take the leftovers with us, which made for a perfect dinner later that evening. A hidden gem in the countryside with a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommended!

03/06/2025: Excellent gastronomic experience during our first visit to Bellano. The restaurant is family-run, which was reflected in the attention and availability to all our requests, especially for our son. The menu offers an interesting mix of typical lake dishes and Valtellina specialties. We highly recommend booking a table by the window: at sunset the view of the lake is truly splendid.

01/06/2025: I have been going to this restaurant for many years and over time I have noticed a decrease in quality (in the face of an increase in prices). I chose a chiscio as an appetizer, taken many other times and always good, but this time it was inedible, the dough was raw and the cheese did not arrive. The lasagnetta al sapori di lago, in addition to having the size of an appetizer and not a first course, despite the name was devoid of any flavor except that of the bechamel. The ice cream with berries was good. I have always loved this location, but this time I don't know if I will return.

06/05/2025: The location is sensational, nothing to say. But the service: terrible. Booked for 4 and confirmed via Google, we arrive and they didn't have a reservation. Luckily, even though it was May 1st, they let us sit; we choose a table outside, in the sun (because it was the only option they offered us outside). Although there were supports for the umbrellas, they were not mounted, so we remained for 40 minutes under the scorching sun and surrounded by wasps waiting for our friends (we were early). While we were waiting, no waiter approached our table. They don't ask us if we want to drink something while we wait, they don't even bother to bring us a little water or an ashtray and even though there were a lot of people eating on the terrace we turned around several times looking for a waiter, but we didn't see a single one outside. Once our friends arrived we were already baked in the sun and besieged by wasps, so we asked to be moved, and magically a table in the shade on the terrace became available which had been free since our arrival. I won't comment on the food because everyone has their own tastes. We order a bottle of white wine which is brought to us at room temperature and placed in an ice basket filled with only water and with 3/4 cubes floating... absolutely unsuitable for making a bottle that had been served room fresh. (Same thing for the second bottle, they didn't even add ice or change the bucket, they simply immersed it in the now lukewarm water in which the previous bottle was.) waiting times for each course of around 30 minutes, not to mention that there was always one person left at the table who was served at least 10/15 minutes after the others. We didn't complain because we assumed they had some big problem that day, after all nothing else could have justified such a service. And instead, to my extreme surprise, I read the reviews and find the same problems reported! It is therefore a dynamic reiterated over time. A place with a view like this certainly deserves better management!

08/05/2025: We were in the area, just dropped by to pick up and it was quickly made for us. The dough was almost crisp but soft yet not soggy.

27/03/2025: Very nice, intimate hotel, well-kept rooms (although we got a different room with a different standard that we ordered), slightly out of the way, so there must be a car, beautiful view from the balcony with 2 chairs and a table, the cleaning lady took care of all the chaos we had created in the room after just one day, which is a plus, for breakfast, a bit of everything: cereals, jams, honey, all in disposable packaging, bread, fresh croissants and fresh you can eat enough coffee, everyone will find something for themselves, we didn't eat dinner so I can't give my opinion on whether they are tasty, the hotel has an elevator which is also a plus, overall I recommend this place

03/05/2025: The hotel is located directly on Lake Como. The rooms are simply furnished, but nothing is damaged and very clean. There's nothing to complain about at breakfast either, there's enough choice and something for everyone. The staff is very friendly and accommodating! There is also a free parking lot at the hotel.

12/05/2025: Delicious pizza, nice place, fast service (Friday evening), friendly staff. Price slightly above average. The only flaw is the "shifts". Even though the place was half empty and no one was waiting for a table, at nine they invited us to go. Obviously we went because they had warned us at the time of the presentation. We go to dinner with friends to spend an evening and I really don't like this whole shift thing. This place will definitely not be chosen in the future. I am sorry.
