09/05/2025: I'm not there every day but when I have to intervene in Sarzana for work I stop to have a sweet or savory breakfast, then we also have a coffee break very often.
Excellent service, very friendly and helpful in our requests.
Very recommended.

11/06/2025: I stopped by for an aperitif and was really satisfied! Well-prepared drinks and abundant, quality appetizers. All served in a beautiful, well-kept garden, ideal for relaxing outdoors on nice days. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, the staff is always smiling and helpful. A perfect spot in Castiglione Vara to enjoy an aperitif in company. Highly recommended!

08/06/2025: Hotel located a few minutes from the Brugnato toll booth, all the rooms have names of painters! Spacious and very comfortable, clean and located in a beautiful garden where you can enjoy a pleasant tranquility! The only downside was dinner, poor choice of menu! Very friendly and kind staff!

03/08/2025: Definitely a beautiful location! Getting there isn't easy, and the road isn't in good condition; you can't get there with a particularly low-slung car. The rooms are nice, but you can hear EVERYTHING the other guests say/do (you can imagine), so I slept poorly and for a short time. There's no bidet, the bathroom cabinet is broken, there's no TV, and you can't really have a dark room to sleep in because there's only a curtain, and obviously all the light gets in at 5 in the morning.
Breakfast wasn't great; the food wasn't fresh, and it seemed a bit old (I'm talking about the cakes or baked goods).
13/07/2025: Top of the line! A splendid farmhouse, with wonderful people... both Corado and Mrs. Claudia are very, very generous! We will definitely be back.

26/08/2025: Stay from August 9 to August 22, 2025 in an enchanting setting near the "five lands" in a quiet area, a short distance from the tourist crowds. Very welcoming staff (Julio, Vanessa, Fatima, Antonio and Valentina, etc.). Excellent breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended. Ideal location in terms of value for money. Philippe and Lolita (Belgium)

It's a shame about the small shower. And after a week, the breakfast is boring and very sparse.
A great base for beautiful excursions.

28/06/2025: Very satisfied with the dinner. We chose a cold cuts platter with sgabei and pizza. They have a wide selection of pizzas, first and second courses, fast service, professional staff. Honest prices, fresh products selected and abundant. We will definitely return
09/06/2025: They were about to close but they let us in and the server was really nice and even gave me ice for my drink because I didn't like any of the drinks they had here. My server s name was Denise. The pizza was really good and so was the gnocchi. We walked from our cruise ship and it was worth it because after a few days of eating on the boat you just want something different and this one hit the spot!

15/08/2025: On the evening of August 15, 2025, two of us ate two pizzas with cooked ham. The restaurant isn't air-conditioned, and, partly due to the mosquitoes, the experience was a little less pleasant than expected. We had specifically opted away from the sea because the pizzeria had a 9.2 rating on The Fork.
The cover charge was €5: we're not used to paying that amount without a minimum level of comfort.
The waitresses were very welcoming, however: kind and professional. The pizza looked good, but I personally didn't prefer it to many others. The dough wasn't bad, but it didn't seem like high-quality flour; the cooked ham, probably Rovagnati as advertised, was average, and the mozzarella was adequate.
We had asked for arugula, which cost us €2 more, but the amount was so minimal it was almost nonexistent. Honestly, for three leaves of arugula, we expected the extra charge not to be added.
We chose this pizzeria over other seaside ones, partly because the outdated online menu suggested cheaper prices; in reality, they're in line with those of seaside pizzerias.
Pros: wood-fired pizza, clean restaurant, and a charming exterior.
Unfortunately, however, compared to the reviews we'd read, we were disappointed.
