29/03/2024: L'Armanda has everything I'm looking for in a cozy and quiet environment, little noise, excellent quality food at fair prices for a medium-high range. I have been following Alberto for years now when he was already in trouble and now in this new adventure in the hills. He always knows how to please his customers with politeness and top quality products. And then he has that pig's cheek, good God, something nothing short of spectacular. An important winery that satisfies every budget. Very easy to reach, in summer it also has outdoor seating which opens up a view of the Val di Magra. Reservation recommended.

Mixed appetizers
(excellent stuffed cabbage)
Homemade ravioli excellent, the cream of potatoes also good (you could taste the leek a lot)
Second course: orange chicken (superb), fried lamb, porchetta appreciated by the son, panzanella a little less...
Dessert: a really good homemade chocolate pudding
Worth mentioning is the nettle liqueur (the lemon verbena is also good)
All fruit of the territory

14/03/2024: Chocolate meringue cake by the second spoon makes you want to go and get a Motta ice cream at the bar guys, too bad, really too sickening, practically no meringues, the few ones looked like sand at the seaside, dark enough to knead the palate for a year, too bad you really just have to change pastry chef maybe 🙏🙏 for the moment I won't buy anything else I'm sorry but money has a value especially nowadays.

15/09/2023: Come sempre i nostri amici non tradiscono .. cena a base di antipasti della propria terra, ravioli con salsa di noci, porchetta con cipolla caramellata e tanto altro… una meraviglia della natura. Complimenti ancora a tutti Voi davvero. Tutto super super squisito. Ovviamente super consigliatissimo. Qualità/prezzo eccellente ed ovviamente torneremo presto. Grazie mille per tutto a presto.

21/01/2024: La pizza è molto buono unico neo la birra in bottiglia e non la spina, ambiente rimasto invariato negli anni. Una buona pizzeria non ho mai provato la carne.
10/09/2023: Come pizzeria sicuramente non vedo Nei, però non si può servire una Tagliata di Carne 🥩 con Sopra Pomodorini Rucola e Grana sembrava un insalata 🥗 , servizio attento però dopo Antipasto e varie pietanze un digestivo si offre sempre ai clienti !
Non credo ci ritornerò e ne parlerò al meglio.!

28/01/2024: Siamo stati invitati ad un compleanno di un’amichetta di nostro figlio e nonostante la vicinanza con Sarzana non avevamo mai sentito parlare della valle.
Il posto si presenta perfetto come location per eventi di vario genere,molto simile ad un agriturismo fattoria ma a tutti gli effetti ristorante.
Avevamo riservata una dependance perfetta per una trentina di persone.
Il buffet di apertura era di ottima qualità’ e abbondante:acciughe fritte,filetti di pollo impanati,polpettine,salumi con un prosciutto crudo strepitoso,pizzette e focaccia molto buone,tagliere di formaggi misti.
Poi ci accomodiamo al tavolo ed arrivano tris di tordelli caserecci (ragu’,burro e salvia,speck),flan di finocchi e gorgonzola,grigliata mista e,ciliegina sulla torta,un bel assaggio di trippa al sugo alla toscana,patate al forno nostrali.
Tutto squisito…servizio attento e con giuste tempistiche.
Siamo stati molto bene.

15/01/2024: Abbiamo mangiato bene con prezzi giusti.Diverse scelte sia nei primi che per i secondi.Unico neo,il pagamento l'ho dovuto fare con home banking.I gestori
non usano il pagamento on line.Credo sia corretto avvertire al momento della prenotazione.Per il resto ci tornero'molto volentieri.
20/12/2023: Cucina casalinga qualità ottima. Tagliolini e ravioli fatti a mano eccezionali ricordo di quelli fatti dalle nostre nonne
