Il Vero In Varese ligure

Excellent trattoria, very clean, genuine dishes, excellent value for money.

Very nice and particular place (outside tables under the vault of the alley). The service left to just one willing boy and a lady from the kitchen. The ravioli are EXCEPTIONAL! Like my in-laws made them here in Varese. The green tagliatelle are sensationally (!) machine cut, a little washed out...mmm not too well. The porcini sauce, however, was excellent. Like the fried porcini mushrooms. The tiramisu is majestic. I'm counting a little too far. Also today 11/1/24 for lunch... absolutely ravioli with meat sauce and tiramisu. Appreciated by my willing friend after having taken on 😉👍 the tidying up of 17 quintals of wood.

Very nice small but characteristic restaurant with excellent and inexpensive food

Living in Sestri Levante, we often come to Varese Ligure but we had never noticed the presence of this typical trattoria; everything was delicious (especially the mushroom salad), excellent value for money. Without a doubt 5 STARS.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante durante un giorno feriale, senza avere prenotato. I ravioli erano buonissimi, accompagnati da un sugo da 10 e lode; per secondo abbiamo preso i funghi fritti, anche questi veramente squisiti, devo dire che molto raramente ne ho mangiato di così buoni. La cameriera che ci ha servito è stata estremamente cortese e simpatica; consiglio senz'altro questo locale e spero di tornarci presto.

Locale situato all'inizio del centro di Varese Ligure. Molto ampio con spazio esterno. I piatti ci sono piaciuti tutti, dalla tagliatella casereccia con i funghi, agli gnocchi di castagne al pesto, la scaloppina ai funghi e i funghi fritti di stagione. Tutto ottimo e dalle porzioni generose. Conto giusto. Servizio un po' lento. Purtroppo per motivi di tempo ci siamo dovuti alzare a prendere il caffe' al bancone e non abbiamo preso il dolce. Consiglio di visitare il paese e fermarsi in questo locale per un buon pranzo.

Ottima selezione di formaggi e salumi locali. Buona anche l'insalata di funghi

Un ambiente caratteristico tranquillo pulito personale gentile servizio buono mangiare abbondante ed ottimo lo consiglio da provare penso di ritornarci in futuro
