15/10/2025: We politely asked if we could have lunch, perhaps even outside. We were rudely turned away because the place was full. Asking is fair game, answering is courtesy, which was clearly lacking.

27/10/2025: Ely has been our "pizza night" place for years and we really enjoy it. Occasionally we have other things and this year we had one of their pasta daily specials, a ravioli perhaps with truffle and burrata (sorry it was 1 1/2 months ago)……omg, it was so amazing. Though it is no longer on the menu, we also appreciated them making the mussels in white wine and lemon.

03/08/2025: Pedí los espaguetis de marisco e IT fue fácilmente lo mejor que he comido durante todo el viaje. La salsa era exquisita - picante y lleno de almejas, langoustine y gambas con tomates cherry. La pasta también estaba fresca y cocinada a la perfección. Delicioso, de verdad. Ojalá hubiera descubierto el restaurante antes, para poder volver más veces. No puedo recomendar IT suficiente.

07/10/2025: I only used the restaurant, located to the left of Levanto's famous Medieval Loggia, on a weekday. I found a spot even without a reservation; the weather was perfect for sitting outside, a situation that can happen in any season on the Ligurian Riviera...the Cappon Magro was excellent, served on a slate slab, with a choice of side dishes. The sorbet was also good. The staff were friendly, one of the owners also serving as a waiter (and multilingual, by the way). The restaurant's mascot cat was also cute and cuddly.

06/10/2025: Had dinner on Thursday evening, fast service, good dishes for 4 people, cover charge €3, half a glass of white wine in bulk €10, ate lasagna with scorpion fish and leeks.... Perfect

13/06/2025: Our first evening in La Spezia and our first dinner, which we do not regret. Refined gourmet cuisine, flavor and freshness of seafood are on the menu. One small drawback: the quantities are small. I highly recommend it to seafood lovers. The eggplant gratin with sardines and tomatoes is wonderful, the vegetable tagliatelle with seafood is delicious, and especially the seafood salad is a must-try!

04/10/2025: Tender and flavorful chicken and beef, cooked to perfection. Every bite is a true delight! A quiet, welcoming, and clean place, ideal for a relaxing lunch or dinner. Friendly and helpful staff, always smiling. A truly positive experience!

01/10/2025: I'm sorry, but the quality of the place has gone downhill lately. The bathrooms are especially poorly maintained. They often run out of soap, and last time, the women's bathroom was unusable because it had no handle, and you couldn't get in. The disabled bathroom was dirty. The smell was awful, and it just wouldn't do. I've given the place other chances, but it just won't do. After years of impeccable lunches and dinners, I found the grilled chicken breast inedible because it was so salty, and not just once. I'd recommend checking the kitchen more closely.

13/07/2025: Delicious gelato, you can taste the care they put into selecting the ingredients. Truly excellent. I also recommend the cakes, delicious and beautiful to look at. Kind and courteous.

21/09/2025: Easy to get to, convenient for lunch, and a very nice interior. The dishes are good, simple but well-prepared, and the portions are generous. An excellent choice for a lunch break, and the aperitif menu is even more appealing. Definitely a place you'll want to stop by and come back to!

04/10/2025: In a typical Sarzana street, a welcoming place with brick vaults, you're greeted by a lady with a foreign accent, quick and efficient. The bread basket was very good, with three varieties, as well as focaccia. For wine, a half bottle of Chianti. The round steak as an appetizer was excellent, as were the grilled fillet and the partially boned pigeon, both accompanied by vegetables and baked potatoes. The meat was excellent and well-cooked.

29/09/2025: Great restaurant with delicious food and a beautiful view. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, a reservation is recommended if you want a seat with a good view.

01/09/2025: The good was decent, not fancy but good quality. It's a typical restaurant you would spend some time to get a pizza. Big selection of various pizzas offered. All in all a solid experience.

08/10/2025: Our waiting time for only the drinks was way toooooo looooong. And once I wanted to explain why we were unhappy I was constantly interrupted, being shown the team is not interested in listening to the feedback. And then I read their replies here to negative reviews.... well, clearly shows off that if one tourist is not coming their will be another one to replace him\her. That's a pity what over tourism does to the service quality :( Better avoid the place not to spoil your whole impression of Cinque Terre as this is the strongest and most negative emotion I have after the trip :(

08/09/2025: Good place for salads, grilled vegetables with 8 sauces and especially a plate of local cold cuts (prosciuto, mortadella, etc.) in the historic center of La Spezia.

28/08/2025: Excellent dinner, both gluten-free and non-gluten-free, plentiful and delicious. For me, a celiac, it was a breath of fresh air; the rest of the family was satisfied. Well done.
