28/02/2025: Signora al banco molto scortese con persone che non riconosce essere suoi clienti abituali, in più se viene usato come punto ritiro è perchè avete accettato e siete pagati in percentuale su ogni consegna , quindi essere guardato male quando vi si stanno effettivamente facendo guadagnare dei soldi non è una mossa molto furba

26/10/2025: They don't know how to manage a queue, it's been happening to me for a while now and that's it, lost customer, whoever arrives at the bar then skips the entire queue at the counter after and it's normal that those who are in the queue have to wait, if this is how the queue is managed tell me because there's no way I'm going to wait for everyone who was at the bar counter
