Ignored at the entrance, served after a long wait, and when it came time to pay, the change remained a mystery.
Coffee is drunk everywhere, but respect for the customer is a little less so.

30/10/2025: We spent four days in Genoa and had breakfast here every morning. The cappuccino was wonderfully creamy, the toast delicious, and the service exceptionally friendly. The place is also dog-friendly, which we particularly appreciated.
