19/09/2025: Discovered by chance some time ago, I personally find it a cute place with a nice counter for both ice cream and sweet and savory treats. It has an outdoor terrace with plenty of seating, and I've seen it several times that it's suitable for organizing children's parties... When I pass by there, it's one of the places I stop for breakfast or an afternoon snack. I'd say the staff is friendly.

11/07/2025: Good morning, recommended by our dear friends, we came to buy a few of the delicacies they have, having spent well over €17, with more than five bags of food I always politely asked if they could give us some tissues... Also because you pay for everything in here... The very annoyed lady said she could only give me a sheet of paper towel... And she shows up with only two tear-offs. There are already two of us, with more than five bags of food including arancini, white focaccia, red focaccia, dry, two savory pies, among other things cut with a knife that not even the Chinese sell for home cooking, reducing the slice with potatoes to small pieces so this would not only mean providing a paper towel but in some delicatessens the possibility of also having disposable cutlery, perhaps, given their very high prices... we also bought the small pizzas... I always asked politely if he could give us at least a few more pieces since they are insufficient to consume all this greasy wonder... He answered me in a rather arrogant tone that the roll of paper towels is sold in Basko... I only asked him if it seemed like a way to respond after I spent €17 to eat their things and that I know perfectly well where the paper towels are sold, but this attitude towards the public seems rather inappropriate to me if this very nice lady is not suitable for being with the public she should change jobs, it is not the customer's fault to spend all this money on Very few things, obviously I point out that the list of what I bought seems long, but the quantity is very small. I agree with the only receipt that the lady gave us... very annoyed, she gave me two more sheets of paper towel... Obviously we will never come back. Now we go to Basko and buy the blessed paper towel where so tragically we have to feel guilty for having bought food from this wonderful place. The food is certainly good, but perhaps people like that should not be in contact with the public. Obviously, everything they weighed to put the price on was packaged, so even a milligram of paper and trays was lost… As you can see, even though paper towels are a household product, they don't cost so much as to bankrupt the very expensive deli… The plastic bag, just to mention it, which we obviously paid for, didn't even arrive in the car, because it split in two… Anyway, the products we purchased are certainly good quality, otherwise our dear friends wouldn't have recommended them to us—other than Guido and the lovely, rather inadequate lady—these are good products, no doubt.
