28/07/2025: I strongly advise against Sacripante Restaurant. The staff is rude and the food is of poor quality. We waited hours for one dish, and some even arrived cold. The food isn't bad, but they're disorganized about everything. Don't go there.

01/09/2025: Excellent hotel. Very friendly, professional, and dog-loving staff. Excellent food, excellent service. The location is also excellent and convenient, close to a garden—a rarity in Alassio—and to the center and Alassio's most beautiful beach. Highly recommended for everyone: singles, couples, families.

31/08/2025: A hotel just steps from the sea where you have everything from a spa to a refined cuisine with fish specialties and excellent value for money, very friendly staff, the ideal place to spend a seaside holiday, furthermore the hotel has a paid spa and a small free gym, wonderful stay open mostly all year round in summer, agreements with beaches a few meters away, we also took advantage of the paid garage but very convenient

23/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was a completely bad evening. From appetizer to dessert, everything was wrong, including a cheese focaccia that was inedible (they didn't charge us for it). I always side with the manager, but this time it's impossible. A terrible experience and a group nausea.

22/08/2025: Our go-to place in Finalpia. Perfect welcome, friendliness, cheerfulness, impeccable and attentive service, excellent products, all seasoned with a touch of whimsy—in short, the TOP. Be careful, though, everything could change drastically if you put your feet up on the chairs... so you've been warned! Now all you have to do is enjoy this magnificent gem of Finalpia. We'll be back soon!

28/08/2025: The focaccia genovese isn't DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) because it contains lard. The place is open 24/7, but after a certain hour in the evening, they charged me a 2 euro per kilo surcharge on the focaccia: 14 euros/kg instead of 12. Too bad it's not written anywhere, not even on the price list clearly visible on the wall. When asked for an explanation, the clerk explained that it's always been like this. Illegal.

14/08/2025: An amazing vacation; calling it a hotel is an understatement given the many activities available thanks to the concierge's invaluable advice. We tried the sunset boat excursion with aperitif and an exclusive boat tour of the Cinque Terre. Needless to say, the location is fantastic for visiting the center and the famous church of San Pietro. Close to excellent restaurants, including the Grand Hotel's own: the Palmaria restaurant. The friendly, helpful staff helped make those days and our stay at the Grand Hotel itself a special memory...thanks again!

07/08/2025: Wonderful staff, very helpful with recommendations for activities as well as booking what you might need. Rooms were very clean, views were amazing and the breakfast may be the best I've ever had at any resort including some 5 star hotels in New York. My wife and I weren't sure we'd realize the value we paid initially, but after leaving I would say it's a great deal given what the hotel provides from a service and location standpoint. We will be returning next year.
