The offering includes both classics and more original flavors, all prepared with the same care. Also worth trying is the truly excellent whipped cream and the other house specialties, which contribute to making the experience even more enjoyable. The place is modern, clean, and well-organized, perfectly located in the Budello district of Alassio. Even when it's busy, the service is generally quick and well-managed. It's no surprise that many consider it one of the best gelato shops in the city. The prices are in line with the quality offered: when using ingredients of this caliber, the difference is truly noticeable. If you're looking for authentic artisanal gelato, with intense flavors, perfect texture, and select ingredients, this is definitely worth a visit. One of the best gelato shops ever. Among the many delicious flavors, I loved the stracciatella with delicious dark chocolate chips. A special feature not to be overlooked is the adjoining area, furnished with ottomans, stools, and tables for enjoying your gelato in a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and quick. Congratulations!

The ice cream was very good, but it's a shame the sales assistant (who's Asian) was so rude. I've rarely seen such rudeness in Alassio.

Always excellent gelato! It's a shame the star was removed due to the removal of milkshakes from the menu, likely because making them wasted the staff's time. Perhaps it would have been better to raise the price (so we could compensate for the staff's time) and let the customer decide whether or not to order one, regardless of the cost.
