Ristorante Oneglio In Imperia

Years pass, but the welcome is always the same, from the parents to the two brothers, always present and hospitable. We stopped for lunch on July 10, on our way back to Milan. The table was pleasantly located, and within minutes they brought water and bread, taking our orders. Just enough time to cook the trofie, and voilà! Three tasty dishes: trofie, pesto, green beans, and potatoes. A generous, satisfying portion, followed by a fresh fruit salad (you could see and taste it was homemade) with gelato. An excellent lunch. Thank you for your hospitality. See you soon!

We went there for lunch. The staff was young and sometimes a little awkward, but always friendly and helpful. The portions were very generous. The fried calamari was delicious.

The location, directly on the shoreline, immediately gives the impression of a casual yet refined place, where the view of the Ligurian Sea becomes an integral part of lunch or dinner. The restaurant offers Ligurian and seafood cuisine, with fresh fish dishes and a selection that also includes Mediterranean and Italian options. The terrace and outdoor seating make the experience particularly pleasant on mild days. The dishes I tried were incredibly fresh and very flavorful. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the service was very quick despite the restaurant being fully booked and my reservation not being available. It's not just a restaurant: it's also a beach resort and bar, thus completing the tourist experience throughout the day. Recommended.

A short walk to stretch our legs, combined with the desire to sit down for a drink with a sea view, brought us to Bagni Oneglio, which offers far more than the bare necessities of a beach holiday! There's a bar and restaurant to choose from: indoor seating and an outdoor terrace, which we immediately headed for. We were served by a smiling young lady. A coffee for my husband and a 😂 beer for me, accompanied by delicious chips. I thank the owner for the refreshing stop at a more than fair price. If all establishments followed this example, no one would leave the room feeling disappointed about the stop.

A sublime experience, compliments to the waitress Claudia for her speed and kindness, excellent food, and sublime cocktails. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.
