Highly recommended! A peaceful terrace, very friendly waiters, and delicious food: the pasta and homemade sauces, and the fresh fish and seafood were excellent. And very reasonably priced; there were six of us and the bill came to €175 in total.

We love it here!!! The seafood salad was amazing. So was the pesto pasta. And the wine!! 😍 Elios was our waiter and he made our dinner so special and memorable! We can’t wait to come back.

Excellent summer dinner in Tondin square, with delicious fried foods and cappon magro... the brandacujun was a little subdued. The first courses were truly delicious, from the black tagliolini with scampi to the piccagge with anchovies. Everything was truly delicious.

A beautiful little restaurant in Genoa's historic center, just steps from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, nestled in the shade of its spectacular alleyways. The service is young, precise, and professional. The traditional fish and pasta dishes are excellent. Excellent value. They also offer a good selection of wines and beers. The appetizers are all excellent. Reservations are recommended.

The interior dining room is beautiful and air conditioned, which is not bad at this time of year. There is also an outdoor terrace, a valid alternative, especially in the evening. The food is good, traditional dishes are recommended, fried foods are recommended as starters, but everything was good... the service is also excellent... worth trying.

30/04/2026: This restaurant was definitely off the road but well worth the visit. It's pretty popular so if you get there during the lunch hour be prepared to wait. The food is definitely worth waiting for in the view is absolutely beautiful.
02/04/2026: The trattoria has been run by the Malatesta family for two centuries. Mother and elderly aunt in the kitchen, daughters Mara and her sister in the dining room. The truly excellent local cuisine, the atmosphere, and the family feel, along with excellent value, are unparalleled, so much so that it's worth traveling with my wife from Camogli two or three times a week. A trattoria that's always busy, open only on weekdays and Sunday lunchtime, and not on Saturdays, because the goal isn't to maximize profits, but to support the family. You can feel the beauty of the past, and I hope a place like this continues to exist.
