03/11/2025: Unpleasant waitresses. The food was mediocre, the pasta was like carbonated bread with no flavor whatsoever. The wine was served in digestif glasses, and the waitress practically told me to get lost when I asked for wine glasses. We ended up drinking the wine with our digestif glasses. When the bill arrived, we were told that we had to pay in cash only because the machine wasn't working, but we didn't have any cash and there were no ATMs in the streets. Then, miraculously, the machine suddenly started working on the first try. A very unpleasant moment during our stay in San Remo at this restaurant.

29/10/2025: People who say the staff isn't very friendly are just used to being flattered. Offering a quality set menu for €12 with a starter and main course is really rare. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I recommend it.

19/08/2025: As indicated by the 5-star rating for the food, it's definitely a place where you eat well. Even if it's quite expensive. That said, I find it incredible that the atmosphere is so neglected. No ventilation (and I don't even mean air conditioning). The bathroom is dirty and old, and within a single evening, it practically became a stinking latrine. Tradition and history are one thing. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't give the place dignity. And respect our customers.

26/09/2025: We had dinner at Trattoria Pedun, a themed evening featuring paella and sangria. Everything was delicious, but it was a shame the sangria was so small in the set menu. For future visits, I recommend specifying the quantities included in the price in your communication channels.

The farinata was decent, but the gorgonzola on top definitely needs to be sweeter and melt better, and the cured meats should be sliced ​​thinner. The mixed antipasto was a no-no (you can't even put a tiny slice of brie... at least a small piece of seasoned cheese). Even the highly praised desserts didn't wow me. What can I say about the place... a few seats could be changed. Polite staff.

08/12/2025: This Ligurian inland trattoria, located just outside the town of Isola del Cantone, offers a variety of traditional dishes with friendly service. Special mention goes to the salami, the "Maria de Zena" tortelli, and the house white wine, which are truly exceptional. Excellent value for money.

23/06/2025: The only church of San Vito, with a single nave, in the crypt the tomb of the holy martyr. All in rough bricks, I do not know if I would call them rock or tuff type, in any case very beautiful, there are benches for the faithful in a semicircle, altar in the center, main entrance and a side one. Worth a visit and a prayer. Open until late at night and in the churchyard a typical lighting of Sicilian municipalities, with very beautiful designs and decorations.

28/07/2025: A charming and elegant family-run establishment where customer service and courtesy are hallmarks. The cuisine's strength is the choice of raw materials, much of which comes from the restaurant's own biodynamic garden. Let's get to dinner: a welcome drink with battered zucchini flowers; an appetizer of Cabannina tartare and vegetarian taco; tagliolini with porcini mushrooms for the first course; and a main course of venison chops with a red fruit compote, caramelized onions, and kiwi mustard. Homemade bread and focaccia are served. To finish, a fragrant melon parfait and a delicate interpretation of the classic Saint-Honoré. A pleasant surprise is the use of edible flower petals to garnish appetizers and desserts. All accompanied by an Ovada by Alvio Pestarino, selected from a fine wine list. Coffee made with a moka pot. A decidedly positive experience. Next time, I'll try the seafood dishes, which promise equally as much.

11/10/2025: If you go to Alassio, you absolutely must try this gelateria! 🍨 The gelato is authentic, you can taste it's made with natural ingredients. The flavors are a real surprise, often different, all waiting to be discovered! The chestnut is sublime, the Bacio di Alassio is irresistible, and what can I say about the gorgonzola, mascarpone, and walnuts? A delicious combination! The owners are kind and helpful, even with tastings, and all flavors are gluten-free. The location is enchanting, with tables overlooking the sea. Congratulations👏👏👏
