09/11/2025: A wonderful discovery in Ventimiglia! Ristorante La Caravella offers authentic and generous Italian cuisine, using fresh ingredients and perfectly executed recipes. The pasta is homemade, the fish cooked to perfection, and the desserts made on-site. Attentive service, a friendly atmosphere, and very reasonable prices for the quality. An excellent local spot that we always return to with pleasure!

27/11/2025: I'm in love with Imperia. Like every year, almost like a ritual, I have to go to Lanterna Blu to relive the same experience that has been with me since I was a child. La Lanterna Blu isn't just a restaurant; it's the symbol of this beautiful province. It's a magical place characterized by an elegant, distinguished, clean, and comfortable setting. Max makes you feel right at home, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. But let's move on to the dishes. What can I say? They're in keeping with the location and could sum it all up in one word: "Quality." The catch of the day I ate was sublime; the ingredients were fresh and served with care and elegance, the attention to the customer and their needs was attentive, and the wine list was vast. All these qualities should be taken for granted, but unfortunately, these days they're not easy to find in the restaurant world. In short, maybe it's just me who has a soft spot for this place, but it's definitely a place worth visiting if you're in the area. See you soon, Max.

16/09/2025: A restaurant in the hinterland of La Spezia, not difficult to reach by car, but challenging to drive. The location is beautiful, especially at sunset. There are a lot of steps to climb to the restaurant. Excellent food, traditional and well-prepared dishes. Reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit! Reservations recommended. Parking is difficult nearby.

03/09/2025: One of my favorite places around La Spezia: the location is beautiful, right by the sea... and besides being a beautiful place, the food is also great! I've been there for both lunch and an aperitif, and I highly recommend it! Congratulations!

11/10/2025: Excellent place for dinner. We've been there a couple of times and had some delicious burgers and sandwiches, with exquisite service from the owners and a very pleasant atmosphere. If you're in La Spezia, you won't regret it.

25/10/2025: A guarantee! We've known the restaurant for years, and it still manages to surprise us every time. The food is always excellent, and the atmosphere is lovely. It's hard to choose just one dish to recommend; they're all truly delicious—but the scampi risotto remains a must-try.

13/11/2025: Food does not taste good. We ordered chicken tikka masala - we could not eat as the chicken was spoiled . So we returned it , but he still charged for it . Vegetable zal frazi was raw vegetables not cooked . Dal makhani does not taste good . Boondi raita was salty . Only masala tea was better . I asked slight warm water and normal water . He took the normal water bottle away from the table and just put a slight warm water on the table . But he charged for two water bottles - why did he charge twice when he took the normal water bottle from the table ? That man who served as was not nice Overall I will not recommend this restaurant as it is pricy and not good food . We end up paying high price for such a worst food .

29/09/2025: We walked in from the street, a bit intimidated by the Michelin recommendation and the fact that we were dressed casually. And then our adventure with the restaurant began. The service was absolutely exceptional – elegant yet relaxed, full of humor, and deeply passionate about food, wine, and the joy of gastronomy. A truly unforgettable experience. You simply have to come and try it.

26/09/2025: I expected much more, given other reviews. The lemon spaghetti was definitely too lemony. The fish caramels were a little too al dente. The fried calamari was neither good nor bad. The portions weren't very generous, and the prices were quite high. The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was quick and very pleasant. We wouldn't repeat this experience.
