09/10/2025: The food is excellent, no matter what you order but the branzino al sale is especially amazing. The place is very well decorated with an intimate atmosphere and the service is fast and non-invasive.

05/10/2025: We arrived without a reservation, but they easily accommodated us at a table on the terrace. The food was excellent and the service even better. The views from Spianata are breathtaking. Highly recommended.

20/04/2025: Pinsa deserves an A+, the dough rises well, is light and crunchy, and the toppings are delicious. It's a shame the space is a bit cramped.

22/09/2025: A peculiar place. Numerous stalls with different cuisines. Italian, Japanese, burgers, Peruvian, etc. A lot of noise at peak times. They don't serve at tables. You order and pay, and when they call you, you pick it up.

30/09/2025: Had dinner on Saturday night, highly recommended. The food was plentiful and delicious. In my opinion, the ravioli were exceptional, as were the appetizers (the fried and pickled vegetables were truly delicious). I also had the well-done meat and the cake with cream and pine nuts—amazing! The prices were far from the tourist traps of the Cinque Terre, and above all, the food was quality.

16/07/2025: Just a short distance from Cinque Terre, this quiet, clean, and well-organized place is perfect. The owners prepare delicious homemade dishes; I highly recommend them. Excellent value for money. Not to mention the kindness and attentive service of Marco, the owner.

12/10/2025: A restaurant with two chefs, one for starters and one for main courses. The ambiance isn't particularly impressive, both from the outside and inside, and yet... wow, what dishes! Excellent cuisine, a varied menu, especially fish, but also meat, and even vegan (not my cup of tea...). I'd say the main courses are better than the main courses, at least in my experience for four meals for two. The prices are good. In short, you try it once, but you'll definitely return. I don't know of any other restaurants in Varazze, but I think it's one of the best, even compared to neighboring towns or those near the coast (Celle Ligure, Arenzano, etc.). I'll definitely return at the first opportunity. My only concern is that the main course chef is apparently leaving to change careers.

29/06/2025: Scoperta per caso da mia sorella ed a due passi da casa ci abbiamo pranzato ieri. Il locale è piccolo, splendidamente arredato in stile marinaresco e pulitissimo. Il personale ed i proprietari professionali ma allo stesso tempo ti fanno sentire parte della loro famiglia. Parlando delle pietanze la scelta è solo di pesce (a parte le lasagne al pesto che avevano davvero un ottimo profumo) e, per chi lo ama come me, fa davvero la differenza! Qualità e freschezza, il tutto servito su bellissimi piatti, sono davvero rimasta colpita!! In particolare un elogio per i ravioli i di branzino fatti da loro... Da urlo! Complimenti davvero a tutti!!!

26/08/2025: This time, I found the seafood menu a bit limited. The appetizers were excellent (I tried the tasting menu). I was a bit disappointed by the linguine with clams and bottarga, both because of the almost nonexistent bottarga and, more importantly, because of the fragments of broken clam shells that almost caused me problems. The service was professional and the location was always charming. Prices were above average.

13/09/2025: The food and service are adequate, the problem is that it feels like you're eating with pigeons which makes the atmosphere anything but pleasant.

28/07/2025: A charming and elegant family-run establishment where customer service and courtesy are hallmarks. The cuisine's strength is the choice of raw materials, much of which comes from the restaurant's own biodynamic garden. Let's get to dinner: a welcome drink with battered zucchini flowers; an appetizer of Cabannina tartare and vegetarian taco; tagliolini with porcini mushrooms for the first course; and a main course of venison chops with a red fruit compote, caramelized onions, and kiwi mustard. Homemade bread and focaccia are served. To finish, a fragrant melon parfait and a delicate interpretation of the classic Saint-Honoré. A pleasant surprise is the use of edible flower petals to garnish appetizers and desserts. All accompanied by an Ovada by Alvio Pestarino, selected from a fine wine list. Coffee made with a moka pot. A decidedly positive experience. Next time, I'll try the seafood dishes, which promise equally as much.

18/09/2025: Amazing place, incredible food and wonderful people! We arrived around 2pm to eat, and they made us the most delicious sea bream and spaghetti vongole, such wonderful food and service and so friendly, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend, I cannot fault anything about it. An absolutely wonderful restaurant indeed!

13/10/2025: The girl who works there is superwoman... She manages everything alone... Cashier, kitchen, and table service... For her safety and for the image of the place, it's not a pleasant situation for the customers... It lowers the image of the company she works for...

30/09/2025: BELISSIOMMO! BONISSIOMMO! Delicious! We ordered the fish soup—it's a culinary masterpiece! I also recommend ordering the white wine made especially for this tavern, La Perla. The owners, a husband and wife team of venerable ages, continue to cook and serve guests alongside a young staff. The hostess sang us a song in the local dialect and wished us many pleasant things. Highly recommended.

27/09/2025: Such warmth from this incredibly loving couple, who are certainly over 80 years old and still run La Perla impeccably! We were absolutely thrilled; the quality of the food was top-notch and simple, just as Italian food should be! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. We were absolutely satisfied with the food (we had mussels, sardines, and tuna of excellent quality) and, above all, the service. We travel a lot in Italy, but this was a very emotional experience.
