Ci siamo decisi a provare questo locale e non ce ne siamo pentiti. Simpatica accoglienza, menu vario e invitante, piatti appetitosi con evidente scelta accurata delle materie prime. In altre parole: bravi, torneremo!

We went to this restaurant by chance. They immediately paid attention to our little dog, bringing him fresh water. We ate fresh fish and the inevitable pesto and panissa. Attentive service, young and professional staff. Chef attentive to the flavors and details of each dish. Perfect CBT Octopus!! Excellent mixed fried food!!! We spent the right amount for what we ate and drank. We will definitely be back.

We ate very well, and drank, according to our choices, equally well. If I have to find a flaw, I find it in the service of focaccia and bread as it appeared to me. If there are six people at the table and you bring three trays with delicious pieces of focaccia from your production, I would like there to be the same quantities for each tray, so that everyone can at least taste a couple of them with that wonderful sauce of sauce (idyllic) but in my tray there was a piece of two centimeters on each side and stop. Nice place in Albenga. Kind, courteous and professional welcome. Different types of complete menus or à la carte choice. We chose a five-course vegetarian Green tour menu and a Hostaria tour menu. Both five courses at the discretion of chef Federico Scardina. Excellent food, perfectly served and described by the staff. To try . We'll be back .

Restaurant with refined dishes, excellent service and a refined environment

Ci sono andato con mia moglie curiosi delle ottime recensioni. Il personale è molto gentile. Abbiamo preso un polpo arrostito e una battuta di carne seguiti da cavatelli con ricciola e cappon magro. La presentazione è stata ottima ma il contenuto ha un po' deluso se rapportato al prezzo. Ho dato un punteggio di 4 per premiare lo sforzo di presentare i cibi con abbinamenti singolari. In tutto con due calici di prosecco e due caffè abbiamo speso 112,00 euro, non tantissimo ma un po' troppo se rapportato alla qualità. Una cosa non ci ha convinto: le posate le presentano sul tavolo appoggiate a dei mezzi tappi di sughero. Credo che i mezzi tappi siano sempre gli stessi. Chi garantisce che qualche cliente non ci appoggi le posate usate e poi loro ci appoggino di nuovo quelle pulite? Non sarebbe igienico!

capitato per caso, ottimo in tutto, complimenti allo chef e a tutto il personale, ambiente moderno e curato, ricette rivisitate e selezione di vini di qualità. Cucina a vista, dal ristorante e dalla strada, merita ritornarci.
