I migliori ristoranti in Liguria

18/04/2025: Sono tornato con la mia compagna ieri sera eravamo di passaggio direzione Francia , serata umida e piovosa ma questo ristorante mi ha fatto passare il tempo della cena in maniera superlativa! Nel frattempo il Ristorante è stato rinnovato, sembra ancora più bello della visita di un paio di mesi fa. Abbiamo optato per due antipasti e due primi, capesante con Fois gras e Capponmagro, e poi scialatielli alla lattuga di mare con cime di rapa e vongole io mentre la mia compagna gnocchi con baccalà e guanciale. Tutto buonissimo!

06/04/2025: Siamo stati oggi in questo ristorante e ci siamo trovati benissimo la titolare ed il suo personale ci hanno accolto davvero bene e super gentili abbiamo mangiato bene ed il tonno stellare era davvero delizioso il Miglior tonno che abbia mai mangiato a seguire tutte le porzioni erano veramente ottime sicuramente ci torneremo e ve lo consiglio vivamente a tutti ottima esperienza peccato avrei messo 10 stelle meritate

13/06/2025: Ugo has been a regular stop for us when we visit Genoa for years. Their pesto is excellent. I recommend the Ligurian-style stockfish. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. To try and try again.

08/02/2025: El ristorante más fantástico justo en el Oporto con un chef estupendo... el mejor y más fresco marisco a la ligera... el estilo Branzino al forno Genovese es maravilloso... todo el pescado se sirve en su mesa... gran servicio estupendo! 11/06/2025: What a gem!! Manù has really made a paradise of her own (& family)! Pitoresque view, great rooms and fabulous service! Everything from the lemons in the garden overlooking the bay to nice rooms and delicious breakfast - we would really take any opportunity to return!

28/05/2025: Ordered the clams and tuna for appetizers, and the clam linguine and the gnocchi as the main course. It was spectacular. The service was great and the staff was welcoming.

05/05/2025: Gentilezza, pulizia e qualità nel cibo non sono sempre facili da trovare in questa regione, spesso ostile al turista. Se devo fare un confronto con tutti gli altri provati al ristorante Le nereidi ho trovato uno staff che saluta e ti accoglie con gentilezza ( sembra una banalità ma in Liguria sul mare non è sempre scontato) pulizia impeccabile ( in Liguria sul mare una rarità se non nei ristoranti di alto livello) qualità nel cibo e massima attenzione al cliente (una rarità in Liguria). Consigliato ci ritorneremo. Complimenti e continuate così perché siete differenti da tanti altri

03/05/2025: Ottimo tutto...dal servizio alla presentazione dei piatti .. squisiti. Notevoli gli antipasti di mare tutto molto fresco, degni di nota i tagliolini neri con con tartare di tonno e burrata, la frittura leggera e abbondante.

02/05/2025: Ottimo ristoro ubicato nel verde vicino alla chiesa , gentile e simpatico il personale di sala , ottimo cibo , buona scelta di vini. Buono il rapporto qualità/ prezzo.

10/04/2025: As we were the first Americans to review this jewel some years ago, we have a special place in our heart for this find: we make a point to enjoy Pellegrino whenever were within 100 miles of the place. As they are only open a couple hours Sunday afternoon, we were happy to get a reservation. As with previous visits, the crowd was mostly "locals" including families and group of men enjoying a Sunday outing. Of course, the food was great - unique and sophisticated. God-willing we'll be back. Hello again to Andrade.

22/03/2025: .. perché il locale è molto carino, i piatti buonissimi, il servizio ottimo ( cosa non scontata, in questo spicchio di Liguria), titolare e " collaboratori" ( leggi " famiglia") simpatici, gentili, disponibili ..tutti validi motivi per tornare sempre volentieri

22/05/2025: Casi siempre marcamos la opción "Vista Escénica" en los filtros TA, pero se nos permitió elegir durante nuestra visita a la ciudad costera de Camogli, Italia. A menudo nos preocupamos un poco por los restaurantes basados en hoteles que tememos que hayan terminado, con un precio que cubre sus gastos generales extensos, pero Il Doge valió la pena la pequeña prima. Los langostinos a la parrilla eran algunos de los mejores que habíamos probado - condimento encantador, cáscara principal cortésmente quitado, cocinado justo para estar tierno y jugoso. Tenía la pasta de mariscos que era delicioso. Una ventaja adicional era que su terraza tenía toldos y el clima pronosticaba algunas duchas que pasaban por allí. Así que pudimos sentarnos bajo su protección y disfrutar de nuestras vistas panorámicas a pesar de un toque de inclemencias del tiempo.

15/03/2025: Cena meravigliosa . Piatti di un livello altissimo ma con sapori della tradizione . Materia prima di qualità e gentilezza e professionalità anche in sala . Non parliamo della vista che si gode . Felici anche i nostri bambini di 8 e 10 anni che hanno apprezzato sia il menù dedicato a loro che i primi come gnocchi al burro e salvia e trofie al pesto del menù normale . Grazie ci siamo sentiti proprio coccolati .

15/02/2025: Refined restaurant in the center of Carrara. Refined, varied, good quality dishes for any type of customer. In particular I would mention "Si Spampata la Penna", a fish first course, to be taken even just for the artistic name of the dish (in short for the sought-after name, the result of commitment, emotion and culinary passion), an elegant and intense location capable of providing a true taste experience. Reasonable prices and well-equipped staff. Attentive to customer needs Class and passion at the service of Carrara I recommend Ristorarte!!!

15/04/2025: The best, welcome from Lorenzo and Sabrina, the affordable price, the typical Ceriana atmosphere... Not to be missed at aperitivo time, the spritz is excellent with its little appetizers!👍

06/06/2025: The accommodation is an absolute highlight! Even the walk to the accommodation was beautiful. The accommodation is located at a great starting point and has a fantastic view. It is surrounded by the sounds of nature and tranquility. Various hiking trails begin right outside the front door. *I only took a short walk, but I was impressed by all the plants and the aroma of essential herbs; it was absolutely relaxing. A good restaurant is about a 10-minute drive away, and hikes or bike trails with views of the sea are about a 15-minute drive away. The welcome was very warm; Emanuele and Francesca are the natural hosts; "very welcoming and available to answer any questions." Dinner and breakfast were unique; I have rarely eaten so well in a restaurant. High-quality food from the farm and regional recipes. You can tell that Emanuele is passionate about cooking and was a chef by profession. Francesca makes her own oils and creams from wild roses and herbs; I'm a fan! The furnishings in the rooms, as well as the entire accommodation (terrace, common room), are very beautiful and close to nature. The terrace, with its lounge, dining areas at various locations, and comfortable lounge chairs, is an inviting place to linger. The temperature was perfect, and the peace and quiet made it a truly enjoyable experience. The accommodation has its own unique charm, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

29/05/2025: Walking through the historic center of Genoa in Via Garibaldi just ahead of the Palazzo Rosso I entered this historic bar with tables inside and also outside under a giant umbrella overlooking the street where I had an excellent and delicious coffee standing at the counter. In this bar you can have breakfast, lunch with focaccia, sandwiches, tramezzini and in the evening also have aperitifs. Very kind, welcoming, competent, friendly and helpful bartender while the service was very attentive and very fast and good prices!! 13/01/2025: Relaxing and informal place, and everything is good, it's Christmas lunch 2024 when often even where you eat well, you eat badly because they have to manage a full house, here there was excellent treatment, very good starters, first courses ditto and excellent second courses, interlude with abundant snails, delicious desserts and wines included in the price. Homemade cuisine, very kind staff, they do the second and even third round of the tables with the courses, and very attentive to the tables, you never had to ask for anything, like water or bread, it really deserves a lot, and I will be back soon.

07/01/2025: I would call it an inn - in the best sense of the word(!). The restaurant is open at short notice on the day of rest for a total of 11 people - of course only after a phone call from a local... Friendly, simple Ligurian cuisine - very, very good food 😍 These people took care of all the guests in a very short time and with passion - with about 1 hour's notice - great respect. Very personable!
