The best cheese focaccia I tasted during my stay in Genoa! The classic and onion focaccia were also excellent: everything was truly delicious. The staff were very kind.

La Bisboccia

31/05/2026: Pizza dough and wood-fired oven, great. I had a Bisboccia, lots of ingredients (bacon, sausage, egg), all incredibly flavorless! Fast and efficient service, even though the place was more than full.
28/05/2026: We spent a lovely evening at this pizzeria: the place is very beautiful and well-kept, with a pleasant atmosphere. The pizzas were good and made with quality ingredients, but unfortunately they were a bit overcooked, with several burned parts that detracted from the flavor. Overall, a positive experience, but with more attention to the cooking process, it would have been truly excellent.
