A truly unique experience. We entrusted ourselves to the chef, who, through his skill and knowledge, took us on a true journey. We chose a 12-course omakase tasting experience, where each course was chosen by the chef, with sake paired with each dish. The quality of the ingredients was sublime, with techniques ranging from innovative to traditional, making every bite unforgettable. The friendliness of the wait staff, who carefully and precisely explained each dish, and the opportunity to speak directly with Chef Nao San made everything even more wonderful. It's an experience worth trying at least once, and if you can repeat it, it certainly won't be a mistake.

An excellent gastronomic experience
We had the pleasure of trying the 12-course tasting menu with sake pairings, and were deeply impressed. It was a sublime experience, characterized by innovative combinations and a never-before-seen refinement; a combination of flavors that, in my opinion, deserves to be experienced at least once in a lifetime.
The extremely intimate and refined setting creates the ideal atmosphere for a special evening. Special praise goes to all the staff: they were extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail with the utmost kindness.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a top-notch culinary experience.

Well, what can I say? They outdid themselves tonight. I've been to this sushi place before, it's always delighted me, but tonight they outdid themselves beyond belief.
The food couldn't be better, subliminal, like Chef "ありがとう🙏🏻" and the girls were always attentive.
Japanese whiskey at the end, just like the whole evening. Thanks again 🙏🏻

I went to Kyubi Sushi and tried the €90 omakase tasting menu: a truly positive experience. Meticulously prepared dishes, high-quality fish, and truly interesting pairings—you can tell there's a lot of attention put into every course. The experience flows beautifully and is enjoyable from start to finish.
The place is beautiful, welcoming, and well-kept, perfect for enjoying a leisurely evening. The service is attentive and never intrusive, making you feel immediately at ease.
The price is absolutely in line with the experience: it's definitely worth it. I would definitely go back.

My partner and I had dinner a few nights ago for my birthday, and everything was fantastic! Starting with the location and the table setting, which was minimal but meticulously crafted and in keeping with Japanese style, the excellent quality ingredients were highlighted by the chef's skill, and the attentive service, thanks to Amina, who made us feel at home and had a great time! We'll definitely be back!

A rare gem. I can't find better words to describe this small restaurant that offers top-notch Japanese cuisine, in true omakase style. I'm from Livorno, but it's always worth it, even if you can call it a few minutes by car. If you're looking for authentic traditional Japanese cuisine and top-quality seafood, you can't find a better place than this.
