17/07/2025: Vom Aperol bis zum Dessert ein sensationelles Erlebnis. Gestartet mit einem feinen Amuse Bouche, gefolgt von drei hervorragenden Gängen. Zum Abschluss ein Digestif aufs Haus und ein kleines Geschenk. Sehr zuvorkommender Service und traumhafte Lage über dem ligurischen Meer.

16/07/2025: Location consigliata da una spiaggia di Sanremo ( ahimè pessimo consiglio). Location tipica di ristorante cinese all you can eat di Milano con l unica differenza in esposizione una bottigliera da locale notturno. Esperienza culinaria pessima ( napulè al porto vecchio in confronto ha 3 stelle Michelin) primi molto basilari e privi di gusto, mare in vapore pessimo. Avevamo aspettative positive siamo usciti molto delusi da non tornarci mai più. Sconsigliato per gli amanti del mare e del buon gusto con prezzi da ristorante e cucina da trattoria scadente. Servizio buono camerieri molto cordiali. EVITATE DI ANDARCI PER GUSTARVI IL MARE! Questa location andrebbe bene per gli amanti dell american bar NON RISTORANTE!

23/08/2025: Everything was delicious, especially the pasta carbonara and fried mozzarella. The tiramisu is not to be missed. Very welcoming staff!

07/09/2025: A typical osteria, with a fixed menu that varies with the seasons. Classic Ligurian dishes: ravioli, farinata, snails... The food is tasty, and, no small thing for an osteria, when you leave you feel full but not weighed down. A special treat: the one-liter Coke in a glass bottle, which is not often found these days... The place is very quaint, and from the terrace you can see the river. However, I was there during a renovation and wasn't able to fully appreciate its beauty.

06/09/2025: Tried it today with my wife for the first time. A wonderful experience...I can't give it 6 stars, but it deserves it! Carefully prepared and delicious dishes, professional and friendly wait staff, a very welcoming place. I recommend it and will definitely return as soon as possible. Congratulations

11/09/2025: Excellent trattoria. Truly spectacular food. Congratulations! We had veal with tuna sauce, tagliolini with hare ragù, wild boar with whole-wheat polenta, and amazing zabaglione! Ormeasco wine.

08/08/2025: We liked everything: authentic atmosphere, delicious food (we had tourist menu for 15 euros for 2 meals), fast and friendly service. The owners doesn’t speak English but it wasn’t an issue at all. We recommend this place

26/06/2025: Coming back to La Baracca is always a pleasure. Raw meat, truffles, snails and donkey meat...always everything delicious!!! And Luciano's legendary Nebbiolo is not to be underestimated, it goes very well with all the dishes

22/08/2025: Okay, quality comes at a price, but €50 for a mixed seafood appetizer for two and €20 for a seafood-filled spaghetti with basil starter seem excessive. The pasta is homemade, and the dish was good, no complaints there, but the prices are out of line and the portions are stingy. On both my partner's plates, you could literally count three mussels and three clams. The place is cozy, yes, but we're not in Milan or a Michelin-starred restaurant: the atmosphere is more reminiscent of a simple, charming osteria/trattoria. In short: good food, but outrageously expensive.

21/08/2025: The wait was a bit long but it was worth it, the quality was excellent, the pork ribs melted in your mouth and the stuffed mussels were wonderful. My only complaint was that the reservations were a bit confusing and I would recommend keeping local house wines. I would still recommend it.

25/08/2025: Wonderful experience, exquisite dishes. The octopus and vegetable salad with burrata was delicious, but the seafood taglierini were the best (I think they're the best I've ever eaten), and the desserts were delicious too. Welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff, almost all of them young and very talented. 🤩

02/07/2025: For me one of the best restaurants in Dolceacqua, the inside is not too big even if there is an outdoor terrace, Ligurian cuisine with revisited dishes, good and interesting portions, fair prices, attentive and kind service, always a pleasure to return...

10/06/2025: Il ristorante A Viassa, si trova a Dolceacqua, splendido borgo medievale del Ponente Ligure famoso per il suo ponte romano a schiena d'asino e il Castello Doria. Il locale si presenta moderno e luminoso,accogliente e con una buona musica di sottofondo all'interno. Possibilità di utilizzare,nella bella stagione,un gradevole dehors in affaccio su Via della Liberazione. Accoglienza cordiale e professionale. Servizio impeccabile. Menù degustazione di mare: eccellente. Quantità delle portate adeguata. Prezzo finale ampiamente corretto. Che dire: sicuramente consigliato.
