I migliori ristoranti in Liguria

19/06/2025: Ci era stato consigliato… e purtroppo ci siam fidati! Innanzitutto, ambiente sporco! Pavimenti indecenti e menu unti. Solitamente fotografo tutti i piatti… erano talmente poco invitanti che non ne ho fatta nemmeno una. Frittura mista.. quindi col pesce azzurro “fresco” .. fortunatamente ci siamo accorti che un pesce puzzava di marcio! Il ristorante ci ha detto che può capitare. Arriva il secondo.. calamari alla piastra su un letto di insalata e pomodorini conditi con la cipolla cruda (che non c’entra nulla col pesce!) contorno ovviamente scelto da loro.. i calamari erano amari.. quindi non puliti bene! Ma come si fa???? Dolce.. assaggiano 2 tiramisù.. il pezzo forte della casa! Erano secchi, fatti con la panna, veramente immangiabili. Arriva il momento del conto, nessuna attenzione nonostante il “può capitare”. Queste recensioni così positive sono ingannevoli! Probabilmente trattano bene solo chi dicono loro. Di certo non ci torneremo più.

10/06/2025: Cari utenti, di passaggio a La Spezia, mi sono fermato qui e devo dire: *un’esperienza autentica e soddisfacente dal primo all’ultimo morso**. Locale semplice ma curato, con un’atmosfera intima e un’energia familiare. Appena si entra, si viene accolti da Fiore e Luciano – proprietari attenti e calorosi – che da subito ti mettono a tuo agio con il loro sorriso e disponibilità. Specializzato in pesce fresco, ogni piatto rispecchia tradizione e qualità. Servizio impeccabile: lo staff è gentile e attento ai dettagli, sempre pronto a suggerire piatti e spiegare le peculiarità. Il proprietario si distingue per la sua accoglienza e la capacità di far sentire ogni ospite come a casa. 20/06/2025: Restaurante inmerso en el verde de la montaña con el río que pasa por la puerta. El ambiente es acogedor y la atención del personal muy calurosa. Es un menú fijo en el que sirven continuamente diversos antipastos, primer plato, segundo. Muy abundante y rico. El postre es a elección. Elegí el tiramisú, que era excelente. Recomendable.

01/06/2025: Cena senza infamia e senza lode, tanti assaggini , vino rosso imbevibile, ristoratori gentili e premurosi, ma troppo costoso €35,00 sarebbe stato ben pagato!

02/09/2025: Excellent experience. Family atmosphere. The owner and chef, Sandra, welcomed us and pampered us with excellent traditional Ligurian food. Definitely worth repeating.

01/11/2025: I had dinner there tonight! The service was extremely attentive and very good. The food – the antipasti mussels – is highly recommended. The pizza and pansotti are also delicious. The price-performance ratio is excellent! We'll definitely be back!

01/11/2025: This was our first time at this restaurant, and we had a great time. The place is cozy, quiet, and well-kept. The waitress was really kind. Everything was delicious, especially the salt-and-pepper shrimp, which were truly delicious! We'll definitely be back.

05/10/2025: We ordered on Just Eat around 7:30 PM with delivery "as soon as possible." The order was accepted with delivery scheduled for 8:15 PM. Unfortunately, from then on, an interminable wait began: the app marked "order delivered" well before the actual delivery, and after several status changes and no clear communication, the food didn't arrive until 10 PM. We tried contacting the restaurant several times starting at 9:15 PM (24 calls) without ever receiving a response, which made the wait even more frustrating. I understand that Saturday nights can be chaotic, but a two-hour delay and no communication is not ideal. As for the food, it was good but nothing exceptional: average portions, decent but unmemorable flavors. Not bad, but not enough to make up for the overall experience. It's a shame, because a little more attention to communication would have been enough to turn a bad evening into a minor, understandable mix-up.

15/10/2025: After a visit to the nearby hospital, I was longing for a few hours of sunshine on the Nervi promenade. I went into this bakery for a nice portion of cheese focaccia... but no luck, I left without buying anything. They told me they couldn't give me the piece I asked for (a nice large piece cut lengthwise) because they wouldn't sell the whole pan. But it was halfway, and turning the pan would have done the same thing!!!!!! I just didn't understand. The person at the counter was extremely rude and impolite!!! Too bad I left without anything. Never again.

22/09/2025: A very welcoming place and truly delicious food. The desserts are highly recommended, all homemade, especially the grandmother's cakes, which are made by her. Reasonable prices.

13/09/2025: I called on Wednesday to reserve a table for 21 for dinner on Saturday. The reservation was made, and we called again to confirm the reservation the following day. On Saturday at 2 pm, I called to let them know that there would be 20 of us instead of 21. Also, to try to accommodate the owners, I mentioned that we would all be ordering pesto lasagna, accompanied, of course, by a good glass of wine (there are 20 of us, male and female, aged 18 and 19). A few minutes after this call, the owner called me back, telling me not to come because we weren't spending enough. As a Genoese, I would say, typical Ligurian hospitality.

01/05/2025: Tutte le volte che torniamo a Rapallo è un classico fermarci da Tossini (sia questo punto vendita vicino alla chiesa principale, sia l'altro, vicino alla stazione, molto più grande, che è anche bar e che molti recensori poco attenti confondono con questo) per comperare in particolare l'ottima focaccia, come pure piatti pronti (anche se l'assortimento è maggiore nell'altro negozio). Tutto molto buono.

30/10/2025: We had an excellent meal at Ristorante Vulnetia – the pasta was superb, and the pizza and fish were also very good and tasty. The portions were a good size and the atmosphere was lovely. Prices are reasonable for a tourist area. We would definitely eat here again.
