09/05/2025: Pleasant discovery. Outside purely tourist circuits. I was there for lunch with a work menu. Wide choice for both first and second courses.

25/04/2025: As an end to the tour among the hills of the Ligurian hinterland... after a visit to the Ferriera waterfalls, a stone's throw from Pietra Ligure... Excellent dishes.. Nice environment... Friendly and very quick service... Trattoria on the hill a stone's throw from the sea.. I recommend 👌🏼

20/05/2025: A great chance discovery. A sort of canteen, with courteous service and a great atmosphere, and dishes typical of Genoa and Italy. It's like a Genoese bouchon. A colorful place for a small budget.

11/05/2025: Quick pizza and go. The restaurant is located close to the Via Aurelia and unfortunately only offers a small car park, if you don't arrive by 7pm you risk leaving your car on the road and this represents a potentially dangerous situation given the traffic. The restaurant also does not offer large spaces, and this perhaps justifies the choice of small tables at which to have lunch. With two pizzas on a table, I found myself doing a bit of a balancing act with the pizza that I couldn't possibly keep on the table, there was definitely no space. Furthermore, the type of "plates" made of wood and steel was not appreciated. Maybe to make the pizzas fly away? or to make the diner pay attention, thus forcing him to shorten his stay?? Mysteries of the new restaurant?? The question is not easy to answer. But one thing is certain: the discomfort of the table and the location. It's a shame because the staff is friendly and the pizza is good.

30/05/2025: After a superb cooking class at the Oliveto Castle, we proceeded to our next planned stop, the "Grand Hotel Savoia" situated along the Italian Riviera. We recommend this hotel for your stay in the Riviera. We reserved two Executive Triple Rooms. One room includes a private balcony overlooking the Italian Riviera harbor in Genova, while both rooms sport flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi access, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities. Sitting areas, walk-in showers and soaking tubs were among the amenities of our luxurious suites. The Grand Hotel stands as a historical landmark in Genoa, Italy. Dating back 120 years, the Grand Hotel Savoia stands as one of Italy’s oldest hotels, its historical grandeur now restored by means of a comprehensive refurbishment. Since 1897, their Guest Book has chronicled the signatures of eminent figures from the worlds of politics, art, performance, and music in Europe, a quintessential Belle Époque establishment. The hotel is situated in the historic center, 500 feet from the main city bus station and within 2 miles of the Aquarium on the pier, John F. Kennedy Pier, Magazzini del Cotone, and the Fiera di Genova. A refined breakfast buffet was served each morning on the terrace of the upscale Tralalero Trattoria Genovese hotel restaurant. We concluded each day with wine, cocktails, and appetizers in the upscale lobby bar. The customer service we received from the valet, front desk, restaurant and bar staff during our family vacation was outstanding. Our stay at the hotel in this picturesque historic Italian Riviera city was truly remarkable. Bravo! Bellissima!

31/05/2025: For the food we ate, this restaurant is really too expensive. We didn't like the stuffed calamari. If you order the meatballs in sauce, expect 3 meatballs of questionable taste for €12. Pasta with normal pesto, without green beans or potatoes... nothing exceptional. The house white wine was very good. Maybe we are not used to these flavors, but here in Chiavari we found much better. Incomprehensible prices. In short... terrible quality/price ratio.

28/05/2025: I have known this restaurant for many years and this summer I went there for the first time with my family. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. I recommend everything. They have two internal rooms and in the summer you can eat outside because they put the tables under the porticoes. On New Year's Eve we tried takeaway. Prawns with gorgonzola and stuffed squid

21/05/2025: I was on my way to catch a train and was looking for a place to have a morning coffee. Being coeliac, I was really surprised when I was told they have plenty of gluten-free options. I went back the following day to try more products! Definitely recommend it.

10/05/2025: Small but attractive restaurant with outdoor terrace. Very centrally located in the heart of the beautiful medieval village of Castevecchio di rocca barlena. The coffee was delicious but the reception mediocre. Overall a nice resting place during a visit to this beautiful village that is very worthwhile during a day trip.

02/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante che conoscevamo da anni. Purtroppo come ho letto in altre recensioni confermo che il personale crea un clima sgradevole e pertanto annulla tutti gli sforzi fatti dalla cucina per servire ottimi piatti che rimangono tali ma personalmente non vedevo l’ora di andare via. Tra l’altro ci siamo stati in un giorno non particolarmente affollato pertanto immagino che possa essere anche peggio nel fine settimana. Sperando che la situazione migliori auguro buon lavoro in quanto la stagione estiva è solo all’inizio e sarebbe un peccato per tutti coloro che trascorrono un periodo di vacanza cercando la spensieratezza e il relax trovarsi nuovamente immersi nei conflitti della quotidianità

02/06/2025: E’ un locale da consigliare ad Antonino Canavacciulo per le sue “cucine da incubo”! Abbiamo pranzato con dell’ottimo cibo ma purtroppo con disturbo continuo per litigi e urla tra il personale del locale disturbando tutta la clientela. La maleducazione ha avuto il top quando dopo aver pagato il conto l’ho detto alla Signora che con grande educazione mi ha risposto che potevo pranzare presso un’altro ristorante visto che c’è ne sono 4 . No comment
