29/06/2025: 🛡️ EXPERIENCE TO REPEAT! ⚔️ A characteristic and unique place, located in a pretty hamlet of San Bartolomeo al Mare. From the outside it is already welcoming, with a lovely corner where you can eat. Inside the two pleasant rooms are characterized by warm colors and some elements that recall the Middle Ages. The lanterns on the old wooden tables and the table setting with terracotta jugs and glasses complete the picture. The host is very friendly and knowledgeable and the girls working in the dining room are always smiling, attentive and present but in a very discreet way. All the staff wear characteristic clothes, contextualized to the place. The menu includes a wide choice of dishes, all decidedly abundant, cooked with very fresh raw materials, very beautiful to look at and very tasty! The host personally presents the dishes of the day, with a mastery that invites you to choose. There is no shortage of homemade breadsticks and bread, with a very particular appearance. The fast service, without waiting times, leaves the right space for tasting. The house wine, served in characteristic jugs, is of good quality. The prices are decidedly proportionate, with an excellent quality (quantity)/price ratio. When paying the bill, the host suggests a fun game with dice that provides, in the event of a victory by the guest, a discount equal to the amount spent by one person. The attention to the customer is evident from the first contact, with a message confirming the reservation, sending the location of the restaurant and the menu; subsequently, a message also arrives inviting you to review the experience, a sign of transparency and availability. I would like to highlight some small improvements that, in my opinion, would further enrich the experience. The choice of music, present and with non-invasive volumes, could be more contextualized to the restaurant, perhaps with a selection of medieval ballads. The furniture and the table could be embellished with additional elements of a more specific reference to the Middle Ages (e.g. crossed spears on the entrance portal, banners, jute elements, terracotta shards also for desserts and coffee...). The menu, only digital, would perhaps also deserve to be presented in paper form, to facilitate all users; I imagine it to be very characteristic, with attractive graphics that recall ancient texts and names of dishes that play on the historical period. Allow me to give these small suggestions that, in my opinion, would raise the level of a very very deserving place even more. 23/07/2025: La tradizione portata avanti da Lina e suo figlio Andrea e lo staff è assolutamente,se non meglio, all'altezza di quando c'era il mitico Severino ( buon sangue non mente). La pizza è straordinaria e la cucina incredibilmente tradizionale e saporita. Un Ristorante Pizzeria di cui Diano Marina deve essere orgogliosa.

17/07/2025: Nice place, friendly, professional staff. Excellent food. The trofie with sea bass and lemon were delicious. Pesto gnocchi were very good. I'd like to point out a mistake: "You should write that the tamosello dish has peas." Not everyone likes them. We had 2 first courses and 1 second course. Water and 1 glass of wine. Average price.

17/06/2025: A casual seafood restaurant located in front of the fishing boat dock and the ferry point. Ask for special of the day. They gave us a few choices and we ordered the tuna spaghetti w tomato. Simple but wonderful! The frito misto was also very nice. Thin crispy batter with just a hint of salt. Very fresh assorted fish and squid. The pesto pasta was also superb. Service is exceptional considering this is a touristy place. Attentive without being condescending. We were the last 2 table at lunch service and there was no hurry to chase us away. Definately an easy restaurant to eat in. Great experience.

26/06/2025: A small restaurant with several rooms, very simply and beautifully decorated. The food is excellent. The service is provided by two sisters who are as friendly and gentle as the cuisine they cook. Very affordable prices. 5 stars, I highly recommend it!!
