15/07/2025: Both stayed here through Airbnb and ate at the restaurant. The hotel room felt modern and clean and had modern amenities like AC. It got very dark at night with the shutters closed which was helpful for me. Could have used 1-2 more towels. The restaurant had such a beautiful view and the staff was so friendly. The food was very good. I enjoyed the seared tuna and my friend got the pesto pasta. We were happy with our meal and the price was reasonable. Next time we’ll stay for dessert.

06/07/2025: We had dinner at Ristorante Cecio on a beautiful summer evening and we were thrilled. The restaurant has a breathtaking sea view, especially at sunset: one of those moments to remember. We ordered the tagliolini with pistachio: a surprising dish, creamy, fragrant and well-balanced. Delicate but full of flavour, it was the real star of the evening. All accompanied by an excellent local white wine, recommended by the waiter with great courtesy. To conclude, the torta della nonna: simple, genuine, with a delicate but enveloping flavour. A perfect end to an excellent meal. The staff was welcoming, attentive and helpful without ever being intrusive. There is a familiar and relaxed atmosphere, which makes the experience even more pleasant. Prices absolutely in line with the quality and location. We recommend booking to ensure a table on the terrace. In short: excellent food, attentive service and a postcard view. An experience that we recommend to anyone visiting Corniglia. We will gladly return!

29/04/2025: I had read comments that they made good sandwiches and especially good burgers. You know, in the vast world of burgers you can hear all sorts of things. In a hurry I wanted to try it to take home. Meanwhile they ask you first the degree of doneness of the meat, when has this ever been heard of. The basic burger has 200g plus salad and cheese. Then add. I added caramelized onions and gherkins. Well shit, the gherkins were comparable to Zuccato (for the unfamiliar the best in jars and of various sizes), crunchy, full. Real onions, homemade and good. Everything top quality. I don't like to be an absolutist but I have to say the best burger I ate in Genoa (just so as not to exaggerate).

03/06/2025: I was craving meat during my vacation, and we stumbled upon this place. It was the name of the restaurant that caught my eye: mangiatoia (trough) is Italian for "trough." Excellent selection of cured meats. I had an Irish prime rib. A lovely piece of meat, perfectly rare. Good selection of beers. I recommend the arrosticini as a starter. These are lamb skewers that are normally found in Abruzzo. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

19/05/2025: Qualità del cibo ottima, la carne era tenerissima, consiglio di avere più alternative vegetariane, le verdure sono tutte fritte e di specificare meglio sul meno, la focaccina in realtà era ungnocco fritto. Vista sul golfo top, personale gentile, servizio scorrevole. Da provare anche i piatti del giorno

22/04/2025: Buono consiglio i triangolini ai pinoli per il resto normale amministrazione buono anche il dessert peccato che le fave erano marce dentro il bacello ma questo non penso dipenda dal ristorante

29/06/2025: Slow and really incompetent service. I had to ask if there had been problems in the kitchen after over an hour of waiting for 3 first courses. Pasta with octopus ragù overcooked, spaghetti with clams overcooked and with half of the clams closed. Chipped plate synonymous with poor attention and hygiene. The setting would also be nice but the food and service are forgettable. I do not recommend it. I will not return. I will not waste time attaching photos that document what happened. They do not deserve it.

02/05/2025: Gran pequeño lugar en Vado Ligure con excelente calidad, pescado fresco. Para empezar, teníamos el crudite di mare y anchoas rellenas. Mención especial para el tartar de atún con fresas y kiwi - delicioso. Seguido de un principal de calamares fritos. El precio era correcto para la calidad de los productos. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez en la zona!

20/06/2025: We took 2 ice creams to go but it was a bad idea. Ice cream without taste, it didn't melt completely in the mouth, it seemed like there was some dust which makes me think that they are absolutely not artisanal ice creams. Not recommended for ice cream. I don't know how the rest is.

02/06/2025: A takeaway pizzeria, but with tables, so you can take it to the table. The pizza is delicious, and they also do Tex Mex dishes. Oh, and the desserts too. Worth it!

16/07/2025: Five stars because the food we had was good, the staff was friendly, and the dining room was quite busy, but appetizers and desserts were practically nonexistent. So, €30 gets you a first course, a second course, and a drink. What a shame.

11/06/2025: I had such a lovely stay at this holiday home. The entire place was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel incredibly comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The owners were genuinely friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. One of the absolute highlights was the food – it was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. Every meal was a treat! This place is truly a hidden gem and feels very underrated. It offers everything you could want for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay.

27/04/2025: 2,30 del pomeriggio… già un paio di due di picche …. Eh sì siamo nella fantastica e ospitalissima Liguria dove anche nei giorni di festa hai quasi paura a chiedere un tavolo già dalle 1330…. Quindi sei già disposto a mangiare la prima cosa che capita e un po’ mugugni e ti senti uno sfigato….. Ma poi capiti qui E capisci una cosa: Ma quale sfigato!!!!Baciato dalla fortuna!!!! Già Ti accolgono un bel laghetto e un’ aria famigliare Ma poi t avvicini e chiedi un tavolo e li la svolta: Ti senti proprio a casa… Ma attenzione non mangi come a casa perche questa é la casa di Simone, ristoratore che ti porta in tavola i piatti della sua nonna , ma rivisitati …. Mentre attendi di sbranare tutto quello che hai immaginato mentre Simone te lo descriveva nei dettaglio, ti ritrovi a sorseggiare il loro buonissimo vino della casa, cantare canzoni genovesi e ridere con i vicini di tavolo. Poi arrivano le portate …. E la musica cambia si diventa seri Silenzio!!!! Non si scherza più …. Shhhhhh rispetto assoluto… Cibo degli Dei…. Mamma mia!!! Tutto buonissimo … E via Si ricomincia a fare baldoria con dolci, amari , musica e risate Grazie ragazzi Torneremo e magari dormiremo anche lì .. Ah é vero a taverna Dalmen si dorme anche!!! Ma che bella giornata me la ricorderò per tanto tempo !!!
