A very charming and quaint place, surrounded by bottles of wine and featuring a corner dedicated to vinyl records, creating a unique atmosphere. Extremely kind and attentive staff, impeccable service. The menu is varied yet well-balanced, with truly excellent dishes and a very well-curated wine list. Absolutely excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

16/05/2026: Passing through Giulianello, around lunchtime, we saw the sign for Osteria del Contadino. Simonetta, her son, and a young staff welcomed us. The family-run atmosphere is pleasantly in the air, and with their smiles and courteous gestures, they literally won us over, not to mention our taste buds! We chose fettuccine with ragù and bean soup, and while we waited for our first course, they offered us two bruschettas with oil and salt. For our side, we opted for baked potatoes. Given the generous portions, we reluctantly skipped dessert and opted for two coffees with donuts. The restaurant is spacious, so much so that our golden retriever, Sky, was with us. It's very welcoming, and we found the decor to be pleasant. When it came time to pay the bill, a pleasant chat with the owners made this experience even better! Highly recommended restaurant.

Highly recommended! The dishes were excellent and well-crafted, both in terms of the choice of ingredients and the presentation. They also paid the utmost attention to allergies (we had two celiacs). 07/07/2026: My favorite seafood restaurant in Terracina. The set menu, consisting of five (excellent) appetizers, a first course, a second course with side dish, and homemade desserts, is an excellent choice. By avoiding waste in the kitchen, it offers good food at affordable prices. If you don't finish everything, you only pay for what you've eaten. The only drawback is the lack of parking; being located in the historic center of Terracina Alta, you have to park in the shopping area. Outdoor seating is also available.

04/07/2026: We went for dinner on a Friday. It's impossible to get there by car. Being a limited traffic zone, everything is on foot. We sat on the small terrace overlooking the quiet street. The fixed menu was €35 per person, plus dessert and drinks. The fish was fresh, well-cooked, and there were plenty of delicious appetizers. The waitress was kind and professional. The wait time was a bit long. We'll definitely return.

07/06/2026: Even though we arrived late (around 2:50 PM), they welcomed us very kindly. Then the lunch began: a delicious mixed appetizer, and the truffle pasta was spectacular. Then we finished with desserts; I had to try them all: the berry, sorbet, and peach were all delicious. How could you not go back?

The food was exquisite, expertly cooked. The service was impeccable, and the wait staff was incredibly helpful and kind, ready to accommodate every need. Umberto was the perfect host of the evening, from the exchange of memories to the hearty laughs. A perfect evening, with the desserts being the icing on the cake. The brownie in particular was the perfect end to a perfect evening. We'll definitely be back!
