We arrived from Germany after a 1,600 km journey, and this was our first time in Italy. We've never eaten such good pizza in our lives: it's simply fantastic! Special thanks to the owner, who was incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back!

Yesterday at Lievito Madre I understood the meaning of the name. Naturally leavened dough, incredibly light and easy to digest. I tried the "Lievito Madre" and "O' Professore": crispy crust on the outside, incredibly soft on the inside, top-notch ingredients. Compliments to the owners, you can see their passion and attention to every detail. Genuine, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable people. One of the best pizzas ever.

Truly a fantastic experience in Manfredonia! Delicious gluten-free pizza, gluten-free beer available, and exceptionally friendly staff. Even though they didn't have gluten-free fries ready, they provided special fries in a special pan. The attention, quality, and courtesy were truly superb. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
