01/10/2025: Rather than Caffè Bottoni, I'd call it Caffè Mosconi... I understand the weather and the related insects, but walking into the shop and seeing the display case open without any protection, with some flies landing, and while I was choosing one of them, it landed right on my pastry, so I promptly said I didn't want that one anymore but a different pastry, and the barista said, "It's the same anyway!" What does that mean... and what kind of response is that? Shame on you and adapt with sanitization. A simple fly screen on the open door would suffice. Or there are battery-powered fly swatters available online that can be attached to the dessert cases if they're really that hard to close. There's a lot of talk about HACCP, but everyone is acting out of personal (un)conscience. Obviously, you've lost customers, and I'm surprised that this bar has so many returning customers!!! I'm attaching a photo. As a food blogger, I'm disgusted...
