21/03/2025: Simple restaurant but everything they served us was extremely good and well done. Starting from the hot sandwiches and the pizzas served as a bread basket, up to the baked potatoes (perhaps among the best I've ever eaten), everything was delicious!

17/03/2025: Passing through on a Saturday for lunch. We ask for a sandwich but the owner offers us to make a first course, even though it was very late and the kitchen was almost closed. We had some excellent egg tagliatelle with salmon trout sauce. Good and thanks for your availability. I will return to enjoy a larger menu.

13/04/2025: Surrounded by greenery you will find this beautiful rustic house with a restaurant with good flavors inside. Smiling owners and waiters ready to welcome you and recommend excellent dishes to taste. We chose radicchio pie with parmesan wafer and walnuts, asiago radicchio pasticcio and smoked ricotta, roasted guinea fowl, pork cheeks and mixed side dishes. For dessert we tried apple sorbet and coffee semifreddo. Really excellent prices, very nice and well looked after place, if there are many groups the acoustics are not the best but the place is really nice. Large outdoor area also with a playground for children. Reservation recommended.

12/04/2025: Erano alcuni anni che non transitavo per Bolzano Vicentino ma ieri, essendo in zona, ho nuovamente cenato e pernottato alla Locanda Grego. L'ospitalità è la gentilezza delle Signore proprietarie ti fa sentire in un ambiente familiare. Ottima cena con piatti di asparagi bianchi e baccalà in diverse preparazioni. Camera spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. Ricco buffet per la colazione. Una garanzia di ospitalità ad un passo da Vicenza

25/04/2025: È stagione dell'asparago bianco di Bassano D.o.p. e a me piace moltissimo, quindi cosa fare per gustarlo in tutte le salse? Beh ovviamente prendere la loro degustazione asparagi. Non l'avevo mai provata e devo dire che è stato un percorso soddisfacente! Dalla prima portata all'ultima, Le fettuccine asparagi erano la fine del mondo, finto riso pure anche gli asparagi e uova conditi come li condiva mio nonno!! bravi i cuochi che hanno saputo creare ottimi piatti semplici ma mai banali, bravi i camerieri che hanno saputo valorizzare ogni portata con una piccola spiegazione senza mai ubriacarci di parole, vino consigliato all'altezza delle portate, prezzo in linea con il cibo, servizio e per il posto. avevamo il tavolo con la vista su Bassano ed è stata una coccola anche quella. bellissima serata ! buon cibo, buon vino e bella compagnia! bravi!

03/05/2025: Lots of cicchetti especially at weekends, vast selection of wines, small summer garden with pergola surrounded by greenery and seating also on the porch outside the entrance.

15/05/2025: When I pass through Vicenza it is a place I always stop by. Home-made food cooked with passion and always managed by the same family. There is no dish that is not excellent. The staff is super kind and professional. And in the summer they open the outdoor terrace that lets you breathe on muggy days since it is located on a hill. I recommend trying it.

The same applies to the carpaccio. The main course is steak. Nothing else. However, in many variants, sizes or different weightings. You can also choose a few smaller side dishes. Mushrooms, fries and the like. We chose a Filee Entrecôte and a Steak Fiorentina. Gentlemen: absolute madness, absolute enjoyment. Nothing more needs to be said about it.
