Excellent restaurant that also serves a set menu with generous portions and quality ingredients. It might be a bit chaotic at lunchtime, but the service is very fast and the prices are average. Ample parking is available in front of the restaurant.

I stopped for a fixed-price lunch; there's convenient parking next to the entrance. The spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino was delicious, and the shank was well-cooked, with a side of baked potatoes. A restaurant worth considering.

The Al Zocco restaurant is the perfect place for lunch (I'm talking about lunch, since I haven't had the chance to dine there yet). For example, I had lunch with some Belgian suppliers, and they put me in a pseudo-private room called the Sala del Doge, in honor of the Doge of Venice (the room amazed the suppliers). As for the food, they offered a wide range of options, from set menus for discerning workers featuring seasonal products to an à la carte menu featuring local specialties like cod Vicenza-style or bigoli with duck, all the way to the most classic Florentine steak (p.s., try the pluma di patanegra). The service was very fast; we ordered and were eating within 10 minutes. The waitresses were all very kind and had lovely smiles. As for the price, I found it fair for what we ate, so I give it a thumbs up. I can't wait to return.
