Courteous staff with Max in command and very good food, I came across the asparagus offer over the weekend.
Note of merit also for the generous portions, which is anything but to be taken for granted in places of similar calibre.
And finally, more than fair prices based on how much and what you ate and drank.

The very wide selection of wines is the spearhead of the restaurant and of the good Max who carries out an always wide research among natural wines, champagne and emerging vineyards.
All in an intimate environment where you can have a business lunch or an evening of detachment with a professional and courteous service.

08/09/2024: Superate tutte le più rosee aspettative: pesce freschissimo e gusto esaltato da una cucina eccellente. L'ambiente è originale e retrò, l'accoglienza super, soprattutto verso nostro figlio, entusiasta dei giochi proposti al tavolo. Il conto finale assolutamente in linea alla qualità proposta. Torneremo sicuramente per provare altri piatti.

12/01/2025: La mia esperienza del rifugio balasso è sempre quella di una mia seconda casa...la Cristina per me è una amica sincera...una cucina che non troverete facilmente in altri luoghi...fedele alla tradizione ma con un pizzico di genialità creativa...i piatti sono molto abbondanti il menu è vario e mai scontato sempre in rinnovo...in poche parole se non ci andate avrete perso il sapore di una vera esperienza

05/04/2025: The girl who served us was very kind and super nice in serving us and making us feel at ease. The canapés are spectacular, ranging from special ones to more normal ones with mortadella. The environment is also peaceful with a small green corner outside and little lights hanging which makes it super welcoming.

02/02/2025: Cena di famiglia. La temperatura nel locale era troppo bassa, probabilmente perché non era stato riscaldato in anticipo. Questo è il un locale AIC, ma la qualità della pizza senza glutine è medio bassa, troppo dura, si faceva fatica a tagliarla con il coltello. La pizza con impasto normale in é nella norma. Prezzi troppo alti, considerato l’ambiente e la qualità.
