We ate very well, the place is quiet, we were very happy under the pergola.

A very nice, rustic, and quiet place with friendly, helpful staff. The food was good, not exceptional, but good value (except for the bread, which was dry). Where it was really lacking was the service. We had a table for two booked, and the restaurant was not crowded: from the moment we ordered, we waited almost 50 minutes for one of the entrees to be served, while the other arrived over 10 minutes later. One order was wrong, but that can happen. The most annoying thing was the wait between courses. Maybe it was a coincidence, but over two hours to complete a "normal" dinner is definitely too long.

I highly recommend this place because it's truly unique. We stopped by for lunch by chance, with no expectations. We ate wonderfully; the first and second courses were plentiful, delicious, and of high quality. The place is delightful. It felt like home. Finally, I'd like to highlight the professionalism, kindness, and friendliness of the staff. I accidentally left my purse on the chair and only realized it was there two hours after arriving in Milan. I immediately contacted the restaurant, who immediately reassured me that they had it in their care. Desirè was kind enough to arrange everything to have it shipped to my home. It's not often you find such kind and polite people. Thank you so much to all the staff for their hospitality and help. We'll be back very soon.
