If you're a fan of raw meat, stop here. Without a doubt, it's the best tartare I've ever eaten. Super tender meat, explosive flavor, and meticulous presentation. It's not just a dish; it's the main reason it's worth booking a table here. An honorable mention also goes to the always impeccable and cheerful service.

We stopped for lunch today without a reservation. They kindly let us sit at the bar, but warned us there would be a 30-40 minute wait. That was fine for us, so we ordered a first course and three second courses. The gnocchi were truly delicious, the chicken was well-cooked and flavorful, and the rabbit was truly delicious. The tiramisu was also very good. When it came time to get the bill, they even gave us a first course and a second course free of charge because the wait had been longer than initially indicated. They were truly kind, and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back.
