23/09/2025: Tucked away from Venice’s tourist flow, Estro Vino e Cucina delivers a lunch experience that feels like it belongs in the Michelin conversation. The dining room strikes a balance between modern and rustic: sleek lines, warm wood, and a subdued hum that lets the food and wine take center stage. We opted for the tasting menu, which opened with an amuse that was elegantly plated. A standout pasta course featured handmade noodles with local seafood, the sauce: briny, slightly sweet, with just enough depth to coat without overwhelming. The pasta was al dente perfection, with a silkiness that carried the flavors of the sea. Vegetables were treated with equal reverence: a layered dish of seasonal produce showcased acidity and crunch. Even the simplest elements felt intentional, from the interplay of oils and herbs to the way acidity lifted each bite. The wine program is serious here, with a curated list of natural wines. The staff guided us toward pairings that were spot-on, crisp whites highlighting seafood salinity, mineral-driven pours elevating the vegetal notes. The service staff was knowledgeable. Lunch at Estro was memorable, refined, and deeply satisfying. Highly recommended.

21/09/2025: Since the restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide, we expected more. Unfortunately, everything was just solidly average. Nothing more.

15/07/2025: A must-see in Mestre! Excellent selection of wines and cicchetti. Roberto and the entire staff are super friendly. This place is perfect for an aperitivo, listening to good music, and enjoying lovingly prepared dishes.

11/09/2025: Tastefully decorated, with lots of little details. The service is very attentive, and the menu is available in three languages. The food is fantastic, whether it's pizza, burgers, lassange, or gnocchi. They even offer children's portions. If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to come back.

13/09/2025: We used to go almost regularly. They have good coffee. But before, at least it was a decent place, with quick service and friendly, courteous staff. But now they've hired someone else and changed the service rules. And not in a good way. But the loud music is still there. We'll be changing the bar.

29/04/2025: The frescoes dominate you and involve you in an elegant setting with a lived-in but contemporary area. The Malipiero restaurant in Villa Barbarich is a hotel restaurant but with its own unmistakable style. By candlelight in one of the rooms all frescoed with epic and triumphant scenes you can taste traditional Venetian dishes in a contemporary way. Spaghetti with lagoon clams and sea urchins, a great dish! The freshly made bread and breadsticks are the part you don't expect, hot and crunchy. The croaker with crust in a green palette, restores and satisfies you by joining the scenic power of the places. The waiters welcome you and always pamper you with elegance and professionalism. In short, for a couple's dinner, recommended but also for some event in which to surprise your guests. We will be back.

03/10/2025: It was my first time there. I had a good quality-price ratio, let's say it was a bit high. But the service is okay. There's always room for improvement. 💪 Anyway, I'll be back.

24/08/2025: The place was cramped, the air conditioning was incredibly strong and couldn't be adjusted to suit the waitress, and the service was chaotic: items arrived double, not at all, or incorrectly. Prices? €3 for a cover charge, €2.50 for a 75ml bottle of water, and €7.50 for a medium beer... You be the judge.

06/09/2025: Appreciable and focused research in the offer of innovative dishes, enough to pique your interest even when reading the menu, which is detailed in its descriptions of ingredients. Excellent ravioli with truffle and the turbot preparation. Delicious bread accompaniments are varied throughout the meal, depending on the dishes. Very original and satisfying desserts. Appropriate wine. Elegantly modern and functional decor, well-suited to a building that clearly demonstrates its rural origins. Friendly service and knowledgeable explanations of the dishes. Absolutely fair pricing.

16/09/2025: Couldn't stay at the hotel as it was full, so decided to go for dinner. I might suggest that if you go, don't bother with a drink in the bar - disappointing. Don't be put off the rather circuitous route that you have to take to get to the restaurant, its worth it. Food excellent, service attentive but not crushing and excellent dinning room. Would highly recommend if you want to experience what could be called "fine dining"

11/06/2025: Best dinner in Venice hands down! Lovely atmosphere, best food, and extensive wine list. Also big shout out to our polyglot waiter Samuel for conducting the dinner in Spanish. Truly remarkable!
