Truly a wonderful discovery, a restaurant with exquisite cuisine and dishes, worthy of a coffee and a golden spoon. It's a social cooperative, a non-profit enterprise that pursues the general interest of the community, human advancement, and social integration, making it even more esteemed and worthy of mention. The staff is competent and friendly, and the open kitchen means there's no room for error here! Being a type B social cooperative, they don't seek private profit, but reinvest their profits in social activities. Excellent value on weekdays, with a fixed menu starting at €14, while on weekends the menu is à la carte, so prices are higher. Reservations are recommended. Excellent restaurant, tried for lunch on a weekday with colleagues. Open kitchen, meat and fish menu (the fried food is excellent).
The price is a bit expensive, but commensurate with the quality of the food.
Friendly staff.
They accept restaurant vouchers, but more than once, due to poor internet connection, the connection doesn't always work, and we have to pay in cash or with a credit card.
The village is also beautiful, with a small but very pretty church worth visiting.
If you happen to be in the area, take the church tour and then eat.
It's advisable to reserve a table, especially on Fridays.

The appetizer was delicious: pumpkin in saor, radicchio risotto (with extras for those who wanted it), braised beef with potatoes, and all the vegetables were excellent. A positive experience.
