20/06/2025: Tuvimos una de las mejores comidas de nuestro viaje. Esto es decir mucho dadas las increíbles comidas que hemos comido hasta ahora en Italia. Uno de nuestros favoritos fue el Spaghetti cremado con mantequilla ahumada y garum de sardinas (que puede sonar diferente pero os garantizo que era una locura). Nuestro otro favorito fue la carne de res Asado con crema de mais y zanahoria barbacoa y el pan casero. También los postres. Básicamente todo. 😂🐷. El servicio era impecable también y el ambiente general era perfecto. Si alguna vez estás en Venecia, Italia, DEBES revisarlo.

03/05/2025: Sehr gute gehobene Küche, nicht gerade günstig aber es lohnt sich. Der Service ist ambitioniert und freundlich. Die Speisen sind kreativ und sehr frisch.

15/07/2025: Come da titolo : pesce fresco e buono qui non c’è . Menù ristretto , in totale circa 15 proposte tra antipasti primi e secondi . Salvo solo la posizione e la gentilezza del personale . Mi stupisco che sia al numero 2 di Tripadvisor o meglio ci si può stare con qualche strategia e non dico altro .

30/07/2025: Beautiful presentation of the food. Quiet street off the beaten path. Homemade everything. We had the potato gnocchi with scallops and shrimp and the spaghetti with tomato and basil. Appetizer of grilled octopus with potato and honey onions was fabulous. Get a street table for lunch as the interior garden is too sunny. If I am ever back in Venice I would come in the evening and ask to sit there. Cost is worth every penny. We did not add drinks to our estimate.

22/07/2025: The owner, Pino, and his son, Lorenzo, are, first and foremost, excellent professionals: they know how to recommend unique pairings and refinements! Secondly, but no less importantly, they are extraordinary human beings!!! I have two apartments for tourists and always recommend EVERYONE to book at "VECIO PORTAL". I've never received a single complaint, only praise! But being able to say it firsthand (the pasta is homemade, as is the bread, desserts, etc.), I'm certain the food is top-notch. Both meat and fish, everything is authentic and delicious!!! See you next time!

08/08/2025: I really liked it. The best place I've ever eaten in terms of price, flavor, and quality. Highly recommended. It's cool, even inside, with air conditioning, or you can sit at a small table outside. Reasonable prices. The service is top-notch. I'll definitely return to this place.

06/08/2025: One of my favorite dishes served to perfection. One of my favorite meals during my trip to Italy; staff accommodated me quickly with easy communication, followed by a well timed serving of the food in a beautiful sunset atmosphere in their comfortable seating. The aglio e olio was served warm with perfect emulsification, just the right balance of garlic and spice; delivers a great kick of heat without overwhelming flavor of spiciness.

25/07/2025: Incredible. So delicious (we returned for a 2nd night) during our short stay in Venezia. Everything was absolutely delicious (the melanese was incredible!... Carbonara~ to die for! Rissoto & potato mouse~ wow! No words! We loved EVERYTHING. staff was wonderful, & patient. They should have had a line around the block (doubled) as the food was fabulous. A must visit when in Venezia.

23/07/2025: Between the cover and the surcharges, the price is higher than expected, but the food is good. The best part is the relaxed atmosphere between customers and service, making it a super pleasant place to get away from bustling Venice for a while.

08/07/2025: We went there for lunch and were completely satisfied. This place has only a few tables, so you're well looked after. It's intimate and very quiet, so we really relaxed. The dishes are simple but carefully prepared with excellent ingredients. We'll definitely be back to try more.

16/07/2025: Excelente restaurante ligeramente fuera de los caminos trillados. Buena comida y precios razonables dada la ubicación. Las porciones sólidas de pasta y el estaban contentos con hacer sustituciones porque mi compañero de comedor no quería mariscos. El servicio fue genial.

06/07/2025: A simple place that is always full of people, where you feel at home, for the friendliness of the staff and for the customers, neighbors at the table with whom you talk in friendship, as if you had known each other forever... this was my experience last night... The spaghetti were well cooked, the sauces we tried (with cheese and pink sauce with bacon, cream and tomato) we liked... a little less than the carbonara, which had a little taste, but still edible.

17/06/2025: Sono entrata nella Gelateria di Alice attirata dall’ambiente accogliente e curato, e anche se questa volta ho preso solo un aperitivo analcolico – fresco e delizioso – tornerò prestissimo per gustare uno dei suoi gelati, che già a vederli fanno venire l’acquolina in bocca! Non vedo l’ora di ritrovare anche la sorridente e simpaticissima Alice, che rende questo posto ancora più speciale.

21/07/2025: It's been a while since we've dined at this restaurant, and I have to say my opinion hasn't changed: the food and pizza are always top-notch, and the service always lives up to my expectations. I definitely recommend it as a restaurant in a quiet, welcoming atmosphere where you can enjoy excellent dishes. Prices are average.
