09/08/2025: Very nice restaurant. Perfect staff. Nice and clean seating. Perfect food. They also have a vegetarian menu! Great pizzas 😍 We had the best meal here in all of Venice. For me, top, I will definitely stop here again!

16/08/2025: We went to Osteria Ai Coppi for dinner. The service was friendly and fast, although I personally found it a bit pushy toward the end of the meal (perhaps because they were rushing to clear the table?). The menu was varied and made with good ingredients. The dishes were very interesting on paper, but in practice they weren't always well-balanced (in the tuna-based main course, the rosemary overpowered all the other flavors). The 3 stars are for the quality/quantity/price ratio: €18 for a main course with a single squid measuring just over 10cm is definitely too much! Especially when you consider the generous tuna dish at €22...

16/08/2025: The food was truly excellent, but the prices were very high for the quantity and type of fairly simple dishes, compared to other places that offer them at reasonable prices. Furthermore, the pizzas/focaccias shown in the photos weren't on the menu, so we were disappointed by that as well, as well as the four mini scallops they offered. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

13/07/2025: Very nice place with ample parking, very kind staff and super service. The only note, which is a matter of taste, is that the pizza dough is too hard for my taste.

04/08/2025: A traditional trattoria of the highest quality. Delicious food, with many unique specialties made right on site. Fresh, high-quality fish. The desserts are beyond compare, absolutely delicious. The white chocolate and melon gelato dessert is a must-try; it's exquisite.

06/08/2025: Located on a historic street near the Ponte della Stretta. I've been frequenting this place for eight years. It feels like being on vacation all year round: good food with traditional cuisine, excellent wines, and the option to sample oysters and raw seafood paired with a fine glass of wine. Cicchetti made fresh with locally sourced produce. The music is always carefully selected and suitable for any time of day. Live music is often featured. A popular venue for graduation parties, birthdays, and toasts for various occasions.

06/08/2025: I'm really sorry to have read some negative comments. I've known and frequented the place for a few years. Max is a lovely person, very attentive to customers, friendly, and very often 'frees' a round - a cicchetto - or a homemade cookie. He's a gourmet, with a refined palate, and cares deeply about the quality of the products he offers. Very nice and welcoming place, great music, very light and relaxing atmosphere. Five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 only because I can't give six 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

28/07/2025: Good, tasty food. A charming location amidst the pine forest, with a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere.

21/07/2025: It is well worth making this detour into the pine forest: The restaurant is much less touristy than those in the center of Eraclea Mare. The staff are very friendly and attentive. There are occasional complaints about long waiting times. This was definitely not the case with our dinner, it was reasonable and I see a waiting time here as a sign of quality, as our dishes were clearly freshly prepared. Due to the heat, we only had one course: the fish risotto was excellent, rarely have we eaten such a well-balanced dish. We enjoyed a bottle of Lugana with it. For dessert we chose crema catalana, which was excellent. We will certainly be back.

07/08/2025: Late night dining in Venice. We came late so missed out on a clam and mushroom risotto but had a strong tube pasta pesto, taglioni with duck ragout (fantastic), fish of the day, sea bream carpaccio, pasta with clams, and some interesting celery sorbet with tequila and solid tiramisu. The service was friendly and they brought some dessert treats on the house. They were also good about serving us even though we came in very close to closing time and we were the last ones to leave the place.

31/05/2025: The food, hospitality, and location were simply wonderful. We had a reservation and I'm glad we did, as most of the outdoor seating was taken when we arrived at 19:30 on a Tuesday. The interior was fresh and inviting, but it was a perfect night for outdoor dining. Service was impeccable (one of the young owners). There were a number of tempting choices and Marco was very helpful. My wife split a generous mixed salad then she had the grilled sea bass while I relished the perfectly-grilled octopus. The flaming chocolate dessert is a must-do. The house white wine was nicely balanced, as we did not want a whole bottle after aperitivos. We appreciated that the restaurant is in a less busy section of Piazza Santa Margherita, so foot traffic was nowhere close to the nicely-spaced tables. A "must-do" restaurant which is doing everything right.

11/08/2025: A historic Venetian restaurant where I tried the mozzarella in carrozza (€3): it wasn't bad, kept warm, but the anchovy was very sparse. The service was good.
