Update: we went back to eat the "tecia" and it is truly fantastic, the lobster and fish sauce are really tasty!
The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

13/08/2024: We had a pistachio croissant and a pastry with almond crusted ontop with custard filling inside. Both were delicious, the pastries flaky and flavorful. I especially liked the almond one 😋.
09/08/2024: Cukiernia Majer - Santa Margherita Bakery Pastry Coffee Bar is a place that is definitely worth visiting. They serve delicious coffee here, delighting with its taste and aroma. The seating areas are pleasant and encourage relaxation, but unfortunately you have to watch out for pigeons that often fly nearby and can perch on the table, trying to snack on food. Despite this small drawback, the food is tasty and fresh. I especially recommend the croissants - they are simply delicious! It's the perfect place for morning coffee or afternoon dessert.

24/08/2024: I enjoyed the best rest in Canal, which has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. I felt like a local Venetian for at least 30 minutes. The reasonable price is also a bonus. Hide it. Best local cafe spot. I had a great time of relaxation from the busy and packed street. Best place to take 5 like locals!
23/08/2024: I was staying at a nearby airbnb. I came in at 7:30 AM to get coffee. It is very much a locals place. The 2 women behind the counter were very kind and humored me when I showed them a picture of my “3 Croissants” (my boys) Coffee was amazing, even in a takeaway cup

22/07/2024: Passeggiando per la Giudecca incontri a fianco all'omonimo molo ci siamo imbattuti in questo grazioso ristorante dove siamo stati accolti da personale gentilissimo. Il proprietario molto simpatico ci ha amabilmente illustrato e consigliato i piatti , tutti tipici della cucina Venezia. Ottima qualità, porzioni abbondanti, prezzo giusto. Location con panorama davvero incantevole

18/07/2024: My children and I were in front of his store setting up our gps while his store was closed. He came out screaming and hitting in a very aggressive manner the glass at my son because my son leaned on his door. We never touched his glass only the handle. Never will I support this behavior. I hope you will not support him as well. The worst part is that I was thinking of eating there with the rest of the family once it opened. Very disturbing behavior without any apparent instigation. Very aggressive and angry individual.

Very nice place, well kept and welcoming.
Friendly staff.
Excellent choice for a good burger or for an after dinner with a wide choice of drinks/beers/cocktails and the possibility of accompanying with excellent tasty fried foods.

15/08/2024: What can I say, 6 stars cannot be given, if you want an aperitif evening this place is for you. Excellent idea not to do table service, you wouldn't see the infinite variety of cicchetti offered continuously on the counter. Very recommended.
09/08/2024: Twice I go after 20 minutes of queuing, I see that probably another 40 minutes await me, so I decide to leave for the umpteenth time. This is the organization of the counter, everything needs to be changed because like me others have left, one has to get a wine what does one have to wait an hour for? Now I plant the vine, watch it grow, collect the fruit, press it and wait for it to season. Never again

07/08/2024: The food was delicious. As someone with a big appetite, I was thrilled with the generous portions that left me completely satisfied. The service was excellent; the waitresses were kind, and our food arrived quickly. To top it off, we received limoncello shots after dinner. This is the best restaurant I've visited in Bibione so far.
05/08/2024: We had dinner here yesterday. Price performance is top. I had spaghetti carbonara and the portion was really good. The taste is actually very good. My wife had pizza. That was really good too. And our friends also had pizza and pasta and everyone said that we would definitely eat here again. I would recommend a visit to everyone

20/07/2024: I had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant at the wedding reception of two friends.
In its simplicity, I found the place cute (it also has a garden) and I appreciated all the dishes, from the starter to the dessert.
14/07/2024: Typical inn where you can eat well the typical local cuisine, surprisingly after dinner, a live concert by the Venice musical band and Tessera who honored us with a series of cinema-themed songs played, truly a beautiful evening.

07/08/2024: Had dinner, excellent mussels peppered, fried and salad. All good.
03/08/2024: We stood in front of the restaurant for 5 minutes without anyone paying any attention to us. Then we got a table. Was nicely prepared. It took more than 10 minutes for us to be able to order. While those at the tables next to us had already ordered and received drinks. We were only given the usual “bread basket” for before the meal after we received the main course. Pizza wasn't bad but I've also had much better. The pasta mainly tasted of olive oil. While we were eating there were probably 15-20 people standing in front of the restaurant... but there were at least 3 tables with around 12 seats free... perhaps the staff was simply understaffed and couldn't cope with the rush.
In general, things could certainly be worse. But for us, not a second time.

17/08/2024: We're not quite there with the organization of times. I went with some friends on the evening of August 15th, with a reservation. We were the first and we were served last of all the tables. We chose different menus and, of course, we were told that the dishes would probably have different timings. The first courses arrived with fairly normal timing, but 2 hours passed between the first and second courses! In the meantime we have made 3 recalls. I don't know about the others, but I ordered the sea bass with potatoes. The sea bass was also toasted on the outside, but on the inside it was boiled and the potatoes were baked, but done on the sidelines and didn't taste like fish. The liquorice sgroppino is good, truly original..... Pay attention to the times....
10/08/2024: I must say that we went there on recommendation, never met that place which from the beginning (the reservation) offered ample room for improvement.
The service, unpretentious, not the fastest and inattentive, also manages to improve.
An environment which is certainly dated, not very intimate and not at all welcoming does not enhance the menu.
Only tried a few things on the meat menu which, to be honest, weren't bad.
Just a necessary note:
starting from the assumption that whoever is in the kitchen knows, without a doubt, the degrees of doneness of the meat, I can only think that the error lies with the waiter/owner who took the order badly.
Maybe that's why times have taken so long.
Don't forget the dessert...Excellent
I hope to be able to return to try the fish menu and all in all it was a fun experience.
