29/04/2026: My wife and I stayed at this hotel and we're checking out today. It's right on the Grand Canal and very close to the central train station. The staff are very friendly, sincere, smiling, and helpful... but the rooms need a little renovation. The main question is: Would I stay at this hotel again if I came back? Yes, I would. There are slippers, a toothbrush, water and drinks in the cupboard in the room... cleaning is done every day and the sheets are changed. The coffee and croissant at breakfast are delicious. It's worth mentioning again that the staff are excellent ❤️

28/04/2026: Hotel is in great location, 5 min walk from train station. Rooms are spacious, modern, clean and renovated. Lovely staff and excellent breakfast with a view of a grand canal. Highly recommended. Thanks to all staff who took care of us during our stay and lovely girl at reception who gave us a room with balcony on request. Best staff at this hotel. Thank you.

02/06/2026: Beautiful farmhouse, on the Riviera del Brenta, typical cuisine with a touch of Abruzzo, everything homemade, seen with my own eyes, the mixer and the fresh homemade pasta, very large green space I will return soon, excellent price without surprises, well done

31/05/2026: The room had air conditioning, it was very clean, everything beautiful, nice view. They have a restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the prices are really good and the food amazing as well! If you arrive too late after check in, they will leave the key at the reception for you. They gave me a lot of info on transport and other things. City tax was like 2.5€ for two nights. There’s a bus right across the street that takes you to venice in 25min. Their phone number on google maps needs to be updated though.

02/06/2026: Friendly staff, delicious pizza. A little small portion of salad for me (2 pieces of eggplant and pepper) for 4-5 euros🙃 maybe my choice of dish was wrong 😅

08/07/2026: We'll be back! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and it's simply magnificent in every way. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, the terrace offers a sea view, the food is excellent (very generous portions) at reasonable prices.

07/07/2026: Even though the restaurant is right on the beach, the place is quiet and pleasant.

12/06/2026: The food was very good (we tried more than just the pizza). The prices were reasonable. A big plus for families with children is the large playground with a playing field, an inflatable slide, and various rides.

12/06/2026: Highly recommended! I've rarely eaten such good "Fritto Misto." The house wine is also drinkable, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I got a table without a reservation, but it's safer to book in advance.

03/05/2026: Such a fantastic place! A quiet corner in Venice with a truly relaxing and authentic atmosphere, perfect if you want to escape the busy streets and enjoy a proper meal. The service was excellent — very polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The seafood pasta was outstanding — fresh, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, especially the seafood, which was beautifully prepared and well balanced with the pasta. A great spot for anyone who appreciates good food, good service, and a calm setting. Definitely a 5⭐ experience and a place I would happily return to!
