Beautiful farmhouse, on the Riviera del Brenta, typical cuisine with a touch of Abruzzo, everything homemade, seen with my own eyes, the mixer and the fresh homemade pasta, very large green space I will return soon, excellent price without surprises, well done

The room had air conditioning, it was very clean, everything beautiful, nice view. They have a restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the prices are really good and the food amazing as well! If you arrive too late after check in, they will leave the key at the reception for you. They gave me a lot of info on transport and other things. City tax was like 2.5€ for two nights. There’s a bus right across the street that takes you to venice in 25min. Their phone number on google maps needs to be updated though.

Beautifully clean and spacious, the owners were very nice and at the entrance we were greeted by a cool breeze from the air conditioning that had been turned on earlier.

A great place for a trip to Venice. 20 minutes from the nearby bus stop. Friendly service and a great breakfast. A charming place after a long day in Venice.

Two of us stayed at this property. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast wasn't varied but was sufficient to start the day. We also had a divine dinner, with both the mutton stew and the grilled chicken being delicious, all accompanied by their own wine... they also make a good prosecco... Free and spacious parking.

Farmhouse with spacious and very welcoming rooms, fully equipped. Excellent location outside of Venice, yet accessible by bus in 20 minutes, and free parking. Excellent restaurant with generous dishes and friendly service. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

Rooms / apartaments are big in size, very clean, comfortable and easy to reach.

A great hotel in a quiet location yet close to Venice, a 25-minute bus ride away; the bus stop is opposite the hotel. There's ample, secure parking. The room is clean, with good Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. There's air conditioning and heating, which can be adjusted individually to suit your needs. Tea and coffee making facilities are also available in the room. The hotel offers a very good Italian breakfast for a small fee. The lady at the front desk, I don't know if she's the owner, but she's very kind and helpful. She selflessly helped me solve a problem I had, even though she didn't have to. I really appreciate people like that and I'd like to thank her again. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I'm in the area. Best regards, and see you soon.

I stayed with my wife, it's a spacious and airy place, there's parking and transportation is easy, I recommend it.
