16/07/2025: Never had such a good pizza! I'm not usually a pizza fan, but this was amazing. We went without a reservation and they seated us! We also had their homemade tiramisu, which was truly, truly wonderful! Congratulations! If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back! I also want to compliment the guy who asked us if we wanted chili peppers or chili pepper oil (something no one ever asks for). We spicy food lovers really appreciated that! 😍 Thanks for the delicious dinner! 🤩

07/08/2025: I hadn't been there in years, but I have to say I was amazed at how they renovated it. The pizza was delicious, cooked to perfection, and I must say the ingredients were top-quality (I had a buffalo mozzarella, and I know it was from Caseificio Scacco, so it was excellent quality). Perfect service, very kind and friendly staff. The bathrooms? Well, I went to the one for disabled people because I just needed to wash my hands, but I can say they were clean and nice.

26/07/2025: Fabulous and delicious pizza, they happily accepted my two large dogs. Average prices, highly recommended.

22/08/2025: Friends told me they make excellent fried fish, so my husband and I tried it 😀 I have to say we were completely satisfied 👍🏻 Fried fish 🔝, nice and crispy and dry, accompanied by a slice of polenta and a small bowl of their delicious homemade sauce. Then, of course, a portion of tiramisu and sorbet and white wine on tap to wash it all down. Informal but very nice and welcoming atmosphere, accessible tables ♿. Very kind and helpful staff. Excellent value for money! There is parking in front. We will repeat the experience and try other dishes too. Recommended ☺️

16/08/2025: A hidden, rather rough-hewn, homey place, mysterious and, just as the name suggests, a refuge/refreshment haven. The selection of dishes is refined and convincing, and the prices are average. The deep-dish pizza is good, with soft dough and excellent ingredients. The sandwiches are also good, juicy and packed with ingredients. The prices listed already include a cover charge (which is free), and the prices for drinks (canned, not on tap) are fair. The only downside is the amount of fries you can add for €2.50 per sandwich, which doesn't reflect the price paid because they're so few. It's better to order them separately as a single portion (as we did). A real shame, because since they're paid separately (and quite a bit), it would be nice to see more on the plate. That said, I'd definitely return for their pizza.

17/08/2025: Lunch was served on a beautiful glass-enclosed veranda overlooking the Vigna Roda estate vineyards, where we also purchased some excellent wines. The food was all quite good, except for the grilled meat (scottona rib eye steak), which was just acceptable. Prices were medium-high. Good service.

11/08/2025: I think it's one of the best bars in Padua. Friendly staff, a very relaxed atmosphere, great music, and very fair prices. A good selection of wines and beers, spritzes, and reasonably priced aperitifs. It's one of the few places in Padua that serves a good mezzo e mezzo and interesting cicchetti. The tables outside are small, but it's in a very characteristic part of the city, with the now-abandoned cinema behind it. I've never been there for dinner, but the delicious aromas always waft from the pots and pans on display. They also have a few charming indoor dining rooms.

17/07/2025: For me, this osteria represents culinary excellence. The menu always features house specialties—particularly the onion pie and rabbit—along with interesting seasonal options. The dishes are predominantly meat-based, but as a vegetarian, I've always found a few options to suit me. I usually order an appetizer, the ever-present onion pie, and a dessert: a combination that never disappoints. I'd, however, like to see some vegetarian options among the main courses. Overall, what's striking is the care with which the dishes are prepared and presented: the quality is consistently high and consistent over time. A true benchmark, a guarantee.

13/08/2025: The best pizza in the province. Crispy from center to edge, perfectly cooked and evenly. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, a selection of the finest Italian specialties. A unique experience, not the usual cheap and flaky pizza; here, every ingredient is expertly and professionally measured and combined. It's worth spending a few extra euros for a culinary experience that will make you want to return again soon. I was also very pleased with the selection of craft beers, which pair perfectly with every dish. To round out this pleasant evening, the professional service that takes nothing for granted also adds to the experience. Recommended for true pizza lovers!

The pizza is the restaurant's strong point: light, well-leavened dough and fresh, tasty ingredients. Perfectly cooked, with that crispy touch that makes all the difference. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very attentive to customer needs. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, ideal for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends or family. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality offered. The service is also excellent: fast and precise, without ever being intrusive. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone looking for a place to eat good pizza in a relaxed and refined atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
