02/06/2026: Good morning, I decided to give it a 3-star rating because, while I appreciated the courtesy of the staff and the pleasant location, some aspects left me perplexed. I was here with my wife and our two daughters. In the end, three of us ate, as the youngest didn't find anything she liked except for the chocolate salami. The biggest surprise came when we got the bill. Since it's a bar/wine bar and not a traditional restaurant, I wasn't expecting a cover charge. Personally, I find it questionable to pay a cover charge when you're mainly eating bruschetta and a spritz. Furthermore, some taralli were served with the spritz; when we asked for more, they were charged separately. Nothing unfair, but it would have been nice to know in advance. In the end, for three people who ate bruschetta, a spritz, a few side dishes, and a dessert, the bill came to €92. In my opinion, this is quite high for the type of establishment and the type of food. I paid in cash and received a €2 discount, for a total of €90. I'm attaching the non-tax receipt I received at checkout, so everyone can form their own opinion. I should point out that I never claimed to have eaten poorly or been treated poorly. I simply believe the quality-price ratio didn't meet my expectations. One final observation: the lasagna was listed at €10 on the menu, but the bill showed a different amount. This is likely a simple misunderstanding, but it would be helpful to verify. I respect the work of the owner and staff, but I still believe that €92 for this type of meal is excessive. This review is purely a personal opinion, expressed transparently and documented by the attached receipt.

17/05/2026: We went on a Saturday night for dinner and had a spectacular Fiorentina steak and tagliata! Delicious food, very kind and attentive waiters, free Wi-Fi. In the summer, there's a pergola outside with a beautiful view of the hills! Very good side dishes! If you want to eat well, a restaurant like this is not to be missed!

02/05/2026: 🌱 Truly authentic agriturismo. We stopped for an impromptu lunch along the path around the Abbey and had a great time. The asparagus risotto was excellent, as were the vegetable side dishes (both vegetarian). The view of the Abbey and the surrounding plain is beautiful.

14/05/2026: I originally wanted to have ice cream there, but instead I had an Aperol Spritz, and it was the best I've ever had. The service is very good, and the prices are fair. I'd been there a few years ago.

05/04/2026: My favorite place, it feels like home. The owners truly treat you like a guest. Excellent food, the menu is very varied. The pizza, in my opinion, is one of the best in the area, and they also have many different types of dough (including kamut). Highly recommended!

24/04/2026: If you're looking for a restaurant that combines aesthetics, quality, and attention to detail, L'Opificio is a choice that won't disappoint. The cuisine is decidedly high. Dishes are crafted with quality ingredients and show evident care in both preparation and presentation. Nothing is left to chance, and the result is a consistent and satisfying dining experience. The service is another strong point: attentive, professional, and never intrusive. The wine list is also very interesting. In short, a restaurant that stands out in every way: aesthetics, cuisine, and service. Highly recommended.

13/04/2026: €170 for two, plus a couple of glasses of wine 🍷 for each. Very interesting and delicious food, "nouvelle cousine" portions, impeccable ingredients and preparation, courteous and helpful staff, and explanations included. Excellent selection, lovely atmosphere, and close to reasonable parking. Among the local inventions, I'd mention the wagyu soppressa, because it becomes a key ingredient in itself. But overall, each dish was layered and complex: morsels to be savored with attention and enjoyment.

07/04/2026: Passing by on Easter Monday, they welcomed us even though we didn't have a reservation, and it was quite busy even before noon. We ate very well: some had gnocchetti (splendid!), some had an excellent seafood salad, and finally, a spectacular cod dish Vicenza-style. Excellent value for money, in addition to the great courtesy of the waitresses and the owner.
