Buon pranzo con prodotti e menù di stagione. Molto buono antipasto di salumi e formaggi. Comincio dal vino di produzione propria e dal olio imbottigliato ad Arquà Petrarca (da fare poi una visita). Da provare il risotto di stagione e il ragù di anatra.
