01/04/2024: Easter lunch 2024... fabulous risotto, so-so ravioli... very good lamb but the thing that disappointed us the most was the price paid for the 2 little girls (pie and raw ham €50 each) 😳
22/03/2024: The cocoa tortelli filled with pumpkin are good... it's a shame the dough is a bit thick... the grilled lamb is excellent

29/03/2024: We ended up here on a Sunday last September, halfway through a motorbike tour of the hills. It was a nice surprise: we had a good lunch, among other things outside, thanks to the pleasant climate. The tables in the garden overlook a well-kept and well-kept park. The interior is also very beautiful, you can see a certain passion in the design of the rooms. The food is of quality, perhaps I would have liked larger dishes, but they are still nourishing and the quality can be felt. Courteous and helpful service. There is ample parking and games for children.
11/03/2024: Su consiglio di amici, abbiamo pranzato in questa storica locanda per la prima volta. Ambiente estremamente pulito e accogliente, servizio molto gentile e veloce.
Risotto al barolo eccezionale, invitante e saporita la faraona con ripieno al tartufo nero. Ottima la cantina! E buonissimi i dolci! Ci torneremo col bel tempo per approfittare del giardino bellissimo

25/03/2024: Booked for an alternative Sunday lunch after a tour of the Euganean Hills. Beautiful experience with excellent quality food at the end, notable choice of wines, even for the most delicate palates, and a very welcoming and well-organised environment. Very friendly, fast and competent staff. The agitation played tricks and an order hadn't been taken, but nothing that wasn't resolved impeccably quickly... so much so that I managed to start the meal with the rest of the table without problems. I dare say: top efficiency!
Well cooked dishes, presented very well and plated with a touch of class.
I highly recommend not missing the desserts!! Exquisite to say the least.

26/03/2024: Excellent rotisserie both in the assorted first courses are very good, the second courses excellent, and the side dishes wow. If you have guests you make a good impression, thanks to these wonderful chefs, congratulations to everyone.

21/03/2024: Place at the foot of the hills with many seats. If I could I would give an extra half star... I didn't feel bad and I didn't have a bad meal, the service is very attentive and approachable and the place is clean. I simply found myself on an evening in which the "all you can eat" porchetta menu was planned and everything from the price (30 euros for a first course of bigoli, some potatoes and side beans and the porchetta excluding drinks) to the taste of the Porchetta itself didn't excite me. I will definitely return to eat à la carte and reevaluate my review. Book

29/03/2024: Quiet place, typical place from the hills, the food is good, fried chicken and excellent fries! Also the grilled meat and the bigoli with tomato and ragù. Good portions. I advise. I go there for lunch during the week but it's ok even on holidays.

24/03/2024: One of the waiters seems to have strange ideas about how terrible "artifical sweets" are for your health and seemed to be very adamant in communicating it with my poor diabetic mother, weird to say the least. Also very much unscientific. Last time I was here my brother found a bug in the salad. Or at least seemed like it, the waiter said that after they inspected it in the kitchen that it was "just a crumple of dirt" which is somewhat better I guess. Apparently they explained that it's not their fault cause they buy premade salad and evidently don't clean it before putting it in their dish. Not sure if that's a good excuse but whatever. Was quite disturbed by that experience but to be fair when it came to paying the owner definitely took into account the accident and was very kind about it
18/03/2024: Unfortunately, an unpleasant experience with mediocre dishes and impersonal, arrogant and inattentive service.
The rabbit dish was mostly potatoes and polenta with very little meat, which was mostly bones. To put it diplomatically, charging 20.00 euros for this is very sporty.
There are restaurants in the area that offer higher quality cuisine with warm service.

05/04/2024: A few years ago the owner of a 3 Michelin star restaurant on the Amalfi coast told me: "you don't just eat here, the food here is an experience"
Well I can tell you that I didn't just eat pizza at Renè's.... it was an experience!!!!

Rarissime…. 1 ogni 3 anni forse 😀 Una serata a caso…. andiamo vicino a casa un posto dove non siamo mai stati, immaginiamo una cosa e ne troviamo invece una completamente diversa da quello che ci aspettavamo… Emozioni particolari fin dall’ingresso, accoglienza bella da persone felici, sincerità, cura dei particolari da ammirare e da imparare per ogni casa o attività , una passione vera, rara, quasi d’altra epoca… i piatti? Si vanno bene, sono buoni, forse buonissimi… ma di questo è pieno il mondo e lo lascio ad altri. Ma i sorrisi, la passione, l’amore la cura sorprende e affascina. Andateci una sera normale o una sera speciale e uscirete da questo ristorante con hotel di sei camere, lungo una strada anonima ai piedi dei colli Euganei tra Abano, Montegrotto e Torreglia con la voglia di cose vere, belle e vi auguro come noi… felici di questa esperienza. Voglia di tornarci e di portarci le persone a cui tengo di più, famigliari, amici, clienti 🐞
27/01/2024: Bellissima atmosfera, primi piatti di altissima qualità. Portano una serie di pizzette e focacce come entrée e con il caffè dei piccoli macarons e spumigliette. Personale gentilissimo ed estremamente preparato. Da tornare con amici e famiglia perché merita !!!

07/04/2024: I assume it was the owner, rude to say the least, there is no menu, there is a blackboard with some typically meat dishes written on it, not even a side dish is listed, when my husband politely asked him for the menu, he replied: that one isn't there. it's not a menu, looking at the blackboard, I, being a vegetarian, asked for pizza, since it says pizza even at midday, he replied: only in the evening, so it's also false to write one thing for another, when I said that I'm a vegetarian, he looked at me and opened his hands, as if to say, it's my problem... he turned to the kitchen staff to ask for dishes in a really rude way, and then said that he was breaking his teeth. beep'
We got up and left!
I wonder how this restaurant manages to stay open, even if the food was good, but I can't know this, I strongly advise against it, because rudeness and arrogance must be 'punished'!
06/04/2024: Clean toilet, good Italian food at a fair price and friendly staff in the vineyard. Dishes are written down on a blackboard and the boss explains what is available (no menu). Small wine carafe (approx. 0.4l 4 euros)... what more could you want on vacation.

27/02/2024: Dopo aver prenotato ci siamo recati in questa cantina per pranzo. Location davvero bella e curata, staff gentilissimo, prezzi ottimi e taglieri davvero abbondanti e con cibo di qualità. Vino ottimo. Esperienza davvero piacevole. Consigliato!!

22/03/2024: From the outside, this kebab seems classic. But don't be fooled by appearances! Inside, the cleanliness clearly leaves something to be desired. Additionally, my friend ordered a durum clearly stating: "No tomato kebabier". He ended up with a compost bag containing the only identifiable ingredient... tomatoes! Realize... Useful if you want to grow your vegetables but not recommended if you are hungry.
14/03/2024: I have no words to explain.. Pizza was very tasty and yummy 😋.. And the owner was very friendly.. I want to say that the service was good in that it was pretty fast, without a delay.. Personally I'd recommend to visit this place..
