The menu focuses primarily on horse meat, and the quality/price ratio puts other establishments to shame. "Popular" prices are affordable for everyone. 29/08/2025: Yesterday, on our way back from Chioggia, we stopped for lunch since the restaurant is on the Romea highway, and as usual, we noticed several cars parked there, so we decided to give it a try. This trattoria specializes in horse meat. We had the bigoli, which weren't greasy at all and had an excellent ragù, and the straecca. The portions were generous, and the service was more than good. The setting is typical for a trattoria. Horse meat lovers should definitely try it. The price is more than fair.

28/07/2025: I celebrated my graduation here. Matteo was incredibly kind in helping me carefully choose the space and the party menu. The villa itself is beautiful and evocative, and the reception room was elegant and beautifully decorated. The wedding favors were carefully arranged and made a statement. We also had the outdoor porch available. The staff was incredibly helpful and present throughout the evening, despite other parties going on in other rooms of the villa. The dinner (appetizer buffet + first course) was sumptuous and delicious, much appreciated by all my guests. Even dessert was made magical by the skillful management of timing, lighting, and music. I would like to thank Matteo and the entire staff once again for making such an important day special.

01/06/2025: I went to this restaurant for the first time for a family lunch, someone had fish, someone else had meat. The dishes were really excellent and very abundant, the staff was friendly and the service was quite fast. Another positive note, due to personal problems I cannot eat garlic, so I told the waitress when ordering and I was able to enjoy lunch without any problems. No guest complained, on the contrary, everyone was really enthusiastic. The prices are average. I strongly recommend not to overdo it when ordering the dishes because they are very abundant, rather than order the next one after finishing one dish. It does not have private parking, so you have to look around and being next to Villa Contarini you have to walk around a bit. I definitely recommend it.

30/08/2025: Truly excellent restaurant. Ample parking and attentive service, with friendly and helpful staff, contribute to a very pleasant experience. The chef carefully adapted the six-course tasting menu to my pregnancy, while still allowing my partner to enjoy the crudités. This attention to detail is something I greatly appreciated and confirms the quality and professionalism of the restaurant.

22/06/2025: At the suggestion of our daughter who has a 'good nose' for gastronomy we allowed ourselves a lunch here after visiting the spectacular. Montagnana. We took the tasting menu for 27 euros each. Highly recommended. - entrance with tasting of Veneto ham (a discovery, sweet and fragrant) with a side dish of beans and cataloga cooked and seasoned, side dish: focaccia with Veneto ham still warm. - Pasta (bigoli) excellent, consistent but not too much. - dish: Bigoli alla Montagnana excellent with pesto and Veneto ham. Water, wine and coffee. Good service and done with courtesy and friendliness. Nice shop-style environment. Worth trying.
