22/03/2025: Incredible experience at Trattoria al Pompiere! We arrived without a reservation, more lost than a gringo ordering paella in Norway, and they greeted us with a giant smile. We wanted to try several dishes, and without even asking, they divided them into two separate plates. What a thoughtful touch. They seemed to know us and knew that if we tried to share just one dish, we'd end up shoveling forks. The food was very good. If you come to Verona and don't stop here, you're missing out... The waitress was very, very friendly.

The tortellini are handmade, with a tasty filling and a perfect thin sheet. Served in hot broth or with cream, they are simply delicious. The staff is friendly and always available, and the service is fast but attentive. The wines are also carefully chosen and accompany the dishes well. A place where you eat really well, with authentic flavors and a lot of passion. Absolutely worth trying!

We ate the mussel soup (super tasty and spicy at the right point!), fresh pasta with courgette pesto, walnuts and scampi (wonderful), calamarata with tuna, capers and burrata (10/10 for the quality and cooking of the pasta), a side dish of excellent grilled vegetables and finally some baked potatoes. If you want to taste Italian cuisine here in Bibione, not the "tourist" one, I recommend you eat here! PS: generous portions, adequate/almost affordable price
