13/11/2025: After visiting the beautiful village of Valeggio sul Mincio, we decided not to go to a typical restaurant, but instead (as we've done on other occasions) to try an artisanal pasta shop to sample typical local products. We couldn't have made a better choice! We sat in an old cellar, sharing a meal with other diners. There were three of us: my son chose the tortelli tasting menu, I opted for the tiny tortellini in broth, and my wife went straight for the grilled meats. Finally, we rounded off an excellent lunch with homemade desserts. Finally, we couldn't resist stocking up on various local products at the counter, including a mix of tortelli in various flavors. If you're passing through Valeggio (VR), you can't miss this place and enjoy these delights. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

10/11/2025: To my surprise, the tortellini and tortelli menu, which satisfies every palate, is complemented by dishes, both traditional and otherwise, prepared with excellent ingredients and expertly prepared (Patanegra ham with figs, pork cheek with polenta, grilled meat, etc.). The atmosphere is also truly welcoming. Excellent service.

03/12/2025: We tried the fried food night, and it was some of the best fried food we've ever had. Light and not greasy, very tasty, and plentiful. We'll be back soon to try the classic menu!

01/12/2025: Excellent food, fresh fish, cod in five varieties, well-prepared, and generous portions. The atmosphere is a bit dated, the service is attentive and courteous, but the waiters would be more professional and identifiable if they wore uniforms—perhaps informal, but uniform. Prices are average.

17/11/2025: Among the most typical and beautiful taverns in Vicenza, where you can eat really well both typical local dishes: bigoli with arna, cod, rice etc etc and the meat. Since the manager is of South American origins (Ecuador), they make the cuts of meat with being in Aegentina. Highly recommended.

25/11/2025: The appetizers were good (I sampled 5 entrees), the first course (risotto with gorgonzola, pear, shrimp, and caviar) had too many ingredients and the vortex was overwhelming, and the dessert (pineapple sorbet) was forgettable—it was just frozen pineapple juice. VERY POOR service: in addition to the endless wait for the courses (appetizers, first course, and dessert), we were seated in a room with 5 tables for a total of 21 people, a room that could have accommodated perhaps 15 people at most (to be optimistic). My seat was literally next to the table next to whose diners I had my back turned, and to whom I apologized on the way out for my definitely impolite posture (not my fault). Furthermore, I could hear everything they were saying. The service staff was also having trouble, literally handing people plates without even putting them down because they were in a tight spot. Do you want to talk about safety? Are we sure this place is legal and suitable for all the people it can accommodate? I was invited; I hope no one invites me to this restaurant again!!!

19/11/2025: Beautiful place, you feel like you're lost in a Parisian alleyway rather than in Pontevico. I went here for lunch and had the business lunch menu. Both the food and the ingredients were top-notch. The decor is very unique; I really liked the place with its eclectic style. The lunch price is very affordable, especially considering the high quality of the food.

14/11/2025: A historic and very traditional Rovigo establishment. Knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Good traditional food. Good drinks. One of the few places in the area to stock Domenis grappas, "Storica Nera" and "Storica Riserva."

09/11/2025: Recommended, yes! There were three of us and we shared three first courses: all very good, as were the second courses. You absolutely must try the pork feather, which is exceptional. All in a great atmosphere, with super friendly and helpful service. At the end of the evening, they even offered us their grappa.

16/10/2025: In my opinion, the best restaurant in the area (and by a long shot)! Superlative dishes, excellent service, and the freshest ingredients. The young and highly trained staff takes care of every detail, from explaining the dishes to pairing the wines. After having been there several times for occasions like anniversaries and birthdays, I chose to host my wedding reception here. Chef Alberto's helpfulness and professionalism left us speechless. All our guests were blown away by the deliciousness of the dishes, the service was impeccable and top-notch without being overwhelming. He truly made us feel at home despite it being a restaurant with a distinctly gourmet feel. Even if I tried hard, I couldn't find a single detail that wasn't perfect. A must-try, because words simply can't describe how good the food is here.

05/12/2025: A craft beer haven in a rather industrialised and pedestrian-unfriendly area of Vicenza. A good choice of beers on tap and a decent offering of tasty and reasonably- priced food to accompany your drink. Friendly and attentive staff. Recommended!

14/10/2025: A great café with excellent cappuccino! It's located right on the lake and offers a fantastic view. The brioche with pistachio cream is highly recommended. The Aperol is also very tasty. The value for money is very good.

02/10/2025: We went there several times during our vacation. Very friendly service. We also got snacks along with our drinks. 😊 Great view of Lake Garda. ⛰️⛵️ Prices are also really fair. An Aperol, for example, only cost €5.

30/09/2025: This restaurant is a hidden gem. The biggest problem is what to choose, as it all looks delicious. We started by sharing the chitarra with mini meatballs, topped with freshly grated pecorino. This was followed by two arrosticini, just to try them. The mains of roast leg of lamb and the mutton tagliata were so tender. Everything was delicious. We drank a Montepulciano riserva, which complemented the meat perfectly. The staff also spoke English, so we did not have to struggle with our limited Italian. They also have English menus. Thank you for a lovely meal.

14/12/2025: We chose to take a nice walk to this restaurant from the center of Cortina (all uphill, though...). It was a spectacular sunny day, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was truly excellent. All washed down with an excellent Soave. Prices aren't cheap, but I highly recommend it!
