20/06/2025: We were hungry and spontaneously found ourselves in Jesolo looking for a gluten-free pizzeria, as my daughter and my wife suffer from celiac disease. We happened to stop at this restaurant and asked if and which dishes were gluten-free. We received very warm and courteous advice, and immediately felt very welcome. The woman seemed very experienced, as she mentioned, among other things, that her son also suffers from it... which is why we felt very safe. Gluten-free pizzas (the only drawback: unfortunately, they come with a store-bought crust and not homemade) are prepared in a separate oven, which prevents contamination. At the end, we were even recommended a gluten-free shop (pastry shop) in Jesolo. Conclusion: Gluten-free food is possible. Very friendly service and delicious food 😋

06/06/2025: Hurray for pizza, here at the two Andreas it is excellent. I swear I have never eaten such a fragrant and flaky pizza crust. I really liked the one of the day... With slices of cold tomato, basil and stracciatella, all the pizza flavors we had were fantastic, with very fresh top quality products. The particular environment, reminds me of those little restaurants you see in films in the ports of the Northern European Seas. What really struck me was the dessert that I had already seen in the photos... The cream puff pastry tower. Very fresh, very crumbly, very good. The staff is very nice, they make you feel at ease... they are very friendly and very kind. But not only that, I heard that it is open all year round so since I am from Padua it is likely that I will be able to go there some time. Excellent quality-PRICE ratio.

The food is absolutely delicious traditional Venetian dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. I highly recommend the sarde in saor and the homemade pasta, especially the seafood options. Everything tasted like it was made with care, just like a home-cooked meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, happy to explain the menu and recommend their favorites. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, which added so much to the experience. Prices were fair for the quality and location, and the portions were generous without being over the top. It’s the kind of place that feels both relaxed and full of character perfect for a quiet lunch or a romantic dinner by the canal. If you’re looking to escape the overly touristy restaurants and enjoy real Venetian food with local charm, Sora al Ponte is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Venice!

02/06/2025: Terrible service, the lady at the cash register is incompetent and confusing, delays orders already paid and makes customers wait by making absurd excuses. A word of advice, do not order take-out! But if you are willing to wait over an hour, I confirm that the pizza is decent, but find something to do in the hour of waiting. Never again!

27/06/2025: I stopped in an hour early before they opened not knowing they were not open yet. The hospitality was incredible! They seated us 10 minutes later and served excellent food and drinks. After dinner I flew back to Texas wishing I knew about this place when I first arrived in Italy. It was the BEST food I had during my trip. Excellent job Pepe Nero!

10/06/2025: Restaurant in the Venetian mainland, charming location with typical decorations that recall the landscape and rural lifestyle of the last century. The restaurant's specialties include fresh fish. I had the opportunity to try a couple of appetizers, including one with tuna fillet with a yogurt sauce that, despite not being a big fan of tuna, pleasantly surprised me. I would also recommend the turbot. To finish on a sweet note, the choice of desserts was very wide and fully satisfied my sweet tooth; in particular, the tiramisu was prepared to perfection.
