05/05/2025: Il posto è davvero carino sull'Adige. Il ristorante all'interno molto accogliente, il personale gentilissimo e non invadente. Abbiamo mangiato pesce ed era davvero tutto squisito e presentato benissimo. Davvero complimenti per tutto e si vede che lo fate con passione il vostro lavoro. Ci torneremo sicuramente. 11/06/2025: This is one of the most outstanding restaurants I ever eaten at. Phenomenal cuisine from a creative chef. Beautiful ambience both in the outdoor and indoor dining areas. A very, very extensive wine list from thousands of bottles stored in the wine cellar. You cannot go wrong with any of the primi e secondi piatti.

08/06/2025: Siamo capitati durante la festa del prosciutto e c'era la possibilità di mangiare solo un menù fisso, con crudo , mozzarella e olive taggiasche come piatto principale. Il prosciutto era, a mio avviso, un po' troppo fresco, e nel complesso, un po' scarso. Buono il cestino col pane di Altamura, prontamente rifornito dal gentile ragazzo ai tavoli. Da riprovare con altre pietanze in altre occasioni.

03/06/2025: Welcoming place and intimate atmosphere, perfect for a quiet evening. The cured meats and cheeses are really excellent quality, served in generous portions and at a more than fair price. The possibility of purchasing the products directly in the shop is very interesting: a nice idea also for a gift or to share at home. The proposed menus are well thought out and satiate without weighing you down. The only thing that would further improve the experience would be the addition of some vegetable-based side dishes, to better balance the meal. Friendly and attentive staff. Must try!

02/06/2025: Lunch under the pergola overlooking a beautiful green meadow surrounded by woods. Genuine, tasty and generous dishes. Try the elderberry sorbet and the whole experience!

13/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato la Comunione e Cresima di mia figlia Domenica 11, è stata una giornata fantastica, servizio accurato e organizzato al massimo, siamo stati veramente molto bene. Piatti curati belli da vedere ma soprattutto da mangiare. Location bellissima. Insomma consigliassimo, ci torneremo sicuramente.

20/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato la Santa Cresima di mia figlia a metà maggio. Siamo stati veramente benissimo! Dal nostro arrivo con l'aperitivo all'aperto fino alla fine del servizio in sala siamo stati seguiti da Giorgia insieme ad Angelica. Sono state entrambe gentilissime competenti e disponibili ad esaudire ogni richiesta che abbiamo avuto durante la serata. I piatti preparati da Ermanno erano strepitosi e hanno deliziato il palato di tutti i nostri invitati sia grandi che piccoli. La sfoglia di primavera con gli asparagi buonissima, il risotto con Casatella ed erbette spontanee delicatissimo, il maiale 12.78 si scioglieva in bocca, un sapore unico ad ogni boccone. Abbiamo gradito molto la particolare attenzione che è stata prestata a chi aveva intolleranze o specifiche esigenze alimentari e l'uso di materie prime senza lattosio. Un ristorante ma soprattutto uno staff e una famiglia eccezionale! Complimenti a Ermanno Duska Giorgia e Angelica e a tutti quelli che, anche se non visti, hanno collaborato con loro per rendere speciale la nostra serata!

20/05/2025: We celebrated my daughter's Holy Confirmation in mid-May. We had a really great time! From our arrival with the outdoor aperitif until the end of the service in the hall we were looked after by Giorgia together with Angelica. They were both very kind, competent and available to fulfill every request we had during the evening. The dishes prepared by Ermanno were amazing and delighted the palates of all our guests, both young and old. The spring puff pastry with asparagus was delicious, the risotto with Casatella and wild herbs was very delicate, the 12.78 pork melted in the mouth, a unique flavor in every bite. We really appreciated the special attention that was paid to those with intolerances or specific dietary needs and the use of lactose-free raw materials. A restaurant but above all an exceptional staff and family! Congratulations to Ermanno Duska Giorgia and Angelica and to all those who, even if not seen, collaborated with them to make our evening special!
