28/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale suggeritoci dalla proprietaria del B&B dove alloggiavamo. Locale molto curato, mantenendo la parvenza rustica di una teverna. Il personale molto gentile e competente, il cibo superlativo, la millefoglie di manzo si scioglieva in bocca. Un locale dove torneremmo molto volentieri.

25/05/2025: Finally after a long time we managed to have dinner at this place. We had heard a lot of good things about it and after this culinary experience we can only confirm. Excellent food and excellent wine well recommended. Excellent cold cuts, side dishes and meat. Only advice, if you want to go there on a Saturday night, arm yourself with patience. We will be back very soon to try other dishes. Highly recommended.

17/05/2025: Recommended by a friend's son..I would say a discovery. . ..for young people but also for those who feel young...very good food and a different way of eating fish...exquisite....then for those who love beer here you will find theirs much appreciated by my husband.....we will definitely return with our children too.....WELL DONE

The cheeses are made by them, the cured meats are delicious, the first courses are excellent and the second courses are very tender and melt in your mouth. The two owners explained each dish to us with great passion, which clearly shines through in this young but promising business. I have no doubt that, in a short time, it will become one of the reference mountain huts in the area.

02/06/2025: My partner and I chose to have lunch at this restaurant by chance, as we were in the area on our way home at the end of the weekend. The location is truly suggestive and the staff is friendly and professional. We enjoyed excellent appetizers, followed by first courses of the highest quality, and then finished with desserts. The wine recommended by the maitre, who was also very nice, was really spot on. At the end of the meal we also spent a few minutes talking with the chef, with whom we also exchanged some anecdotes. The bill was very proportionate to the quality of the food, wine and service. If we were to pass by those parts again for lunch, we would choose this place again.

24/04/2025: The excessive transformation of a cute mountain restaurant into an attempt at a high-end gourmet restaurant is jarring and out of place for the place. Personally I didn't like this change. Everyone chasing Borghese and the four television restaurants. Prices too high for the location

25/05/2025: Stumbled upon this place and had a wonderful experience! It was the best gnocchi my boyfriend has had in Italy so far and I tried cuddlefish for the first time and it wear great. Starter bread was also the best we’ve had in Italy so far. The prices were more than reasonable and the service was great!

07/06/2025: I was at Locanda Colla tonight and I can only say: wow! I had a truly exceptional raw fish, very fresh and presented with great care. An explosion of flavors. I give ten stars, because five is too few! Absolutely recommended. I will return without a doubt.
