04/10/2025: A truly pleasant evening in a welcoming place with even more welcoming staff. But it's the truly excellent food, simple and tasty, that makes the difference. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommended.

01/10/2025: We visited Argillae Srl winery and were told by the owners daughter that the amazing food was prepared by Giulia’s husband who is the chef at Da Carli’s. Our lasagne was one of the best we have ever had so hope to go to this restaurant before we go home. Highly recommend the winery too with the tour and wine pairing. Had a great day.

19/08/2025: Unfortunately, the biggest problem today is the loss of the symbolic value of food. Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. Secondary elements are never placed to overwhelm the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The staff's expertise will surprise you with every dish. The cellar is perfectly structured and offers a wide selection of world-class labels. The pairings, expertly recommended by the maître d', prove decisive in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. A wonderful discovery, a new place to cultivate and a place to visit to enjoy a top-notch food and wine journey. Special mention for the tiramisu....for this dessert, words are inexcusable, only emotions. But let's get back to the absolute queen, THE MEAT. It's spectacular and of superior quality. A Blue Rare...perfect. Ristoro del Falco is a temple of absolute taste, a place where you come not to eat but to taste. The attention to detail is obsessive and the service is absolutely precise. 09/08/2025: We were made very welcome with our dog, and we had excellent burgers and truffle mozzarella! The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent!

18/09/2025: Every time I return to Terni, leaving cold Germany behind for a while, there's a place that calls to me like home: Pizzeria La Genga. I left a piece of myself here, in Collescipoli. As a teenager, I worked among its tables, but it was the perfect refuge after the disco, when we'd gather to drink a glass of wine and devour a Sottobosco sandwich or those gnocchetti I still dream of. La Genga isn't just a pizzeria, it's a hug. It's Mauro and Cristina, the beating heart of this place, with their disarming kindness and a warm humanity. I once asked him, "Mauro, why don't you raise the prices?" And he replied, "And where do poor people go to eat out?" So, this is La Genga: a place that makes you feel not just a customer, but part of a family. No matter how far life takes me, I know that at La Genga I'll always find a table ready to welcome me, a dish that tastes like home, a delicate pizza with a light, easily digestible dough. If you're looking for a place with soul, this is your refuge.

05/09/2025: In the quaint village of Collescipoli, in a family-friendly atmosphere with friendly staff, you can enjoy not only the typical Collescipolana gnocchetti, but also a truly delicious, light, generously topped pizza, already cut into wedges. The prices are truly reasonable.

04/09/2025: We passed by in the morning and then decided to return in the afternoon to buy something. Besides buying some cured meats, we appreciated the explanation and the (unscheduled) visit to see how porchetta is cooked. Kudos to you for your helpfulness and customer service!

01/09/2025: I visited this shop last Sunday morning and was the first customer of the day. Unfortunately, the hygiene standards were very poor. The person preparing my turkey sandwich handled many items while preparing the store for opening without washing his hands before making the food. After eating, I had stomach pain and diarrhea. It was a disappointing experience, and I would not go back again.

30/09/2025: Fantastic bar! Anthony is the perfect host and such a character. Great barman and equally great on the guitar. Make sure you visit on day one and don't leave it until the final night to find this great bar like we did, you won't regret it!

17/09/2025: As someone already wrote: Every city needs a bar like this! Small but welcoming, thanks largely to the owner, Anthony. He's a friendly guy who, in our experience, also attracts friendly customers (regulars and many others), both locals and tourists from many countries. Most people sit in front of the bar on uncomfortable chairs, but that doesn't hurt the atmosphere. There's a Babylonian babble that only one person can follow: Anthony, a Breton Italian with a Dutch accent ;-). If you visit Orvieto, stop by for a drink (usually several), bring a bit of patience and a good mood, and this bar is priceless.

11/09/2025: Passing through Umbria, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. Despite the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, they served us dishes different from what we ordered. But that's okay.

07/09/2025: They tried to pass off some low-quality frozen mixed mushrooms as porcini mushrooms. To make up for it, they offered us a 10% discount...but only if we paid in cash. Embarrassing!

14/07/2025: A nice tennis club, a nice clubhouse and a nice atmosphere, nice and very quiet golf course, very nice courses, they could be kept a little better, I found crooked lines and a lack of earth in some parts, the net in my opinion was not the right size even though I played a fit tournament, for the rest, nice changing rooms, nice atmosphere and nice people

27/08/2025: Beautiful and spacious restaurant with a large veranda. Given the reviews, I was hoping for a wonderful culinary evening, so I ordered the house appetizer, which, instead of a typical dish, consisted of various canned goods. The waiters, though well-intentioned, were rushing around the restaurant, looking nothing but utter confusion. I felt like I was watching an episode of "Kitchen Nightmares." I just hope I'd just had a bad night.

25/08/2025: A huge location spread across several interconnected rooms, with plenty of seating and ample parking. Good service and friendly, helpful staff. Very good cuisine, obviously traditional, complemented by an extensive menu featuring excellent grilled products; generous portions. Prices are average for the area, perhaps slightly more modest. A more than good value.

18/08/2025: A place I recommend... It's my first time here and I was blown away... Excellent service, friendly and attentive staff. The food is delicious, tasty, and high-quality. The grill is excellent and open to the public. Ample parking in the back, perfect for trucks.

28/09/2025: A typical tavern experience with earthenware glasses, delicious food, and reasonable prices. The ciriole were excellent! To be honest, the pasta portion was a tad on the small side, but still in line with the price. Note that the "small" portion allowed us to have a starter, main course, and dessert (an amazing zuppa inglese, just like grandma's). I'll definitely be back.

06/10/2025: We stopped for a quick lunch before visiting La SCARZUOLA, and everything was perfect... Friendly staff, good appetizers and local first courses. The only flaw was the veranda; it wasn't heated, and a bit of wind created a bothersome draft. This is the reason for the 4 stars; otherwise, it would have been 5.
