07/12/2025: This is a true agriturismo, run by a young and enterprising couple... Genuine local and locally sourced products, prepared as they once were, with love and patience. The service is truly pleasant, polite, unobtrusive, and above all, meticulous. I don't want to spoil what I offer because it's truly a discovery worth making. Unparalleled value for money... The well-kept place is nestled in the countryside a couple of kilometers from Magliano Sabina, nestled in silence and nature. I recommend it for any occasion, from a Sunday lunch to a celebratory occasion. Excellent!

13/10/2025: It was a beautiful day, we celebrated Grandma's birthday and felt welcomed right at home. The food and service were excellent, and the location is surrounded by greenery and well-maintained. The owners were able to accommodate all our needs. Thank you, and see you soon!

28/10/2025: I haven't had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant yet, but I want to compliment the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I usually order through Deliveroo, but this evening the service was down: I called and the person on the phone was really kind, reactivating it right away. The pizza, as always, was delicious—it's been a while since I've had one like this in Terni! Coming from a family of restaurateurs, I really appreciate thoughtful gestures like this: they're not at all predictable. 😊

01/09/2025: Coming to this pizzeria is always a pleasure. The quality of the products is excellent, and the staff is friendly and very polite. I recommend it to everyone. We'll be back very soon. From the appetizer to the pizza to the dessert, everything is delicious.

26/11/2025: Excellent venue and service....the price is out of line for the area where the restaurant is located. €49.50 for half an appetizer (4 slices of cold cuts), a small, very fatty steak...and a 1/4 carafe of wine for two and some bread...seems excessive to me.

04/10/2025: Unfortunately, the biggest problem today is the loss of the symbolic value of food. Most restaurants have become commodities, soulless consumer goods, just like the junk food they produce. But today I had the privilege of discovering a place where my emotions were amplified without limits, thanks to the wonderful people who take care of every detail of this wonderful place called IL RISTORO DEL FALCO. The owner, her daughter, a pizza chef, and Grill Master Adriano are geniuses, creators of emotions, a shining light that should certainly be a point of reference for all those who claim to love cooking, especially meat. Respect for tradition, expert use of raw materials, and mastery in combining them. This and much more is "IL RISTORO DEL FALCO", an incredibly welcoming place, full of love, purity, and true feelings that tell the story of Roman and Italian food and wine. Dishes rich in flavor that linger on the palate but, above all, in the soul and heart, filling the voids with intense emotions. Art, craftsmanship, and passion are the tools that live in the hands of Adriano and his sweetheart, and they shine through in every dish. Dishes that fully respect the flavors of the ingredients, which are enhanced by a combination of perfectly balanced elements. Two elements predominate: preparation technique and top-quality ingredients. Technique is a broad and expert demonstration of an Italian chef's knowledge of what the verb "cooking" meat means. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors with perfectly balanced combinations that make every bite unique. Secondary elements are never placed to overwhelm the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The staff's expertise will surprise you with every dish. The cellar is perfectly structured and offers a wide selection of world-class labels. The pairings, expertly recommended by the maître d', prove decisive in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. A wonderful discovery, a new place to cultivate and a place to visit to enjoy a top-notch food and wine journey. Special mention for the tiramisu....for this dessert, words are beyond words, only emotions. But let's get back to the absolute queen, THE MEAT. It's spectacular and of superior quality. A Blue Rare...perfect. Ristoro del Falco is a temple of absolute taste, a place where you come not to eat but to taste. The attention to detail is obsessive and the service is absolutely precise. Friendliness, professionalism, kindness, this is what you will find when you enter this delightful place. A heartfelt thank you for everything, 🩵🙏🏾💙🫂

28/12/2025: Stopped in here for a couple drinks and ordered a couple non-menu cocktails. A simple gin gimlet with Hendrick’s gin and this place charged me $29 per drink, which is about the same as an entire bottle of Hendrick’s. Their most expensive menu drink is $14. No heads up, no communication. Just gouging. Combined with slow service. Go to the Bowline. Same view, better service, honest pricing.

27/12/2025: Wonderful food, wonderful atmosphere, wonderful service! A great place to come for a fun night out on the town in a safe and entertaining atmosphere! If you're in Astoria make dinner at the Inferno part of your itinerary! The best craft cocktails in town!

10/12/2025: I've only had the opportunity to try the restaurant at this property. Excellent selection. The food was refined, exquisite, and beautifully presented. The service and table settings were also excellent. I can only give it top marks. Congratulations. Well done.

03/12/2025: Characterful atmosphere, good food, and generous portions. Perhaps the prices could be lowered slightly, and it's a shame the location is a bit remote. The beers and cocktails are highly recommended. Excellent service. EDIT: Unfortunately, it's gotten worse: The quality of the food and menu is much lower than a few years ago, with the same, if not higher, prices. The place is always packed and crowded; it's impossible to enjoy the evening without a reservation, especially if they put you in a cold, gloomy gazebo. The bathrooms are dirty. The atmosphere is still very good, however.

23/10/2025: An authentic and memorable culinary experience! ​I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Trattoria da Graziano in Terni. The atmosphere is rustic yet elegant, with exposed stone walls and chandeliers creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a quiet dinner or a celebration. ​The food is the real star: the traditional Italian dishes are cooked to perfection, with high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the flavorful and generous first courses. The wine selection is also excellent. ​The service was courteous and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine in a refined setting. I will definitely be back.

15/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant yesterday, and I have to say I had a wonderful time. The staff were very welcoming. We started with the appetizer, continued with the cacio e pepe and truffle first courses, and finished with the tagliata and the lamb with truffles. Everything was delicious, but the lamb was exceptional. We truly had a wonderful time.
