02/05/2026: Mauro pampered us throughout the meal. The food was delicious, and the location was fantastic. Highly recommended.

28/04/2026: We were on a Sunday drive in the country, stopped in Allerona and found this Osteria that was absolutely amazing. We sat on a wonderful terrace and were treated to some of the finest food we have had on this 2 month trip to Umbria. Bravo to the Chef and the waiter, I wish I had recorded their names. We had a great pasta with botega followed by duck, Guinea fowl. Vegetables were great and flavours experimental but interesting such as cauliflower with coffee… it worked! Wine was local and memorable. This is definitely a great restaurant and we will be back.

His cuisine is the absolute star: the dishes were extraordinary, true works of art combining exceptional flavors with impeccable presentation. Chef Collazzo knows how to make the dining experience not only a pleasure for the palate, but a special and personalized experience. A true added value that makes all the difference! 25/11/2025: A 5-star experience in every sense of the word. If you want to feel pampered in a peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery, you're in the right place. Superbly maintained spaces, extremely friendly staff, and a fabulous breakfast. The spa is also lovely, with a whirlpool in the pool that has sliding doors to access the outdoor pool. We'll definitely be back.

24/01/2026: Ordered three takeout pizzas, very kind and courteous staff. Pizza chef Piero is excellent, and he devotes himself to making pizzas with love and passion. Usually, the food on weekends is poor and the digestion is difficult if you choose pizza, but this one, however, digested perfectly, so you can see the care taken in the dough that is not so obvious. The ingredients are very fresh, and the toppings on the pizza are generous. I will definitely be back 😎

25/12/2025: Very good pizzas. Plus very nice staff. We stay at the camping degli ulivi where they help us order takeaway pizza from here. I say it again very good pizzas.

25/10/2025: A restaurant with perfect food! All traditional dishes with the best ingredients. Authentic flavors in a wonderful location! The waiter knows the wines of the region and recommended us nice wines that made our evening unforgettable. We will come back and let us be from Greece! Thank you.

20/02/2026: The hospitality offered is distinguished by high standards, comparable to those of a luxury hotel, with superior mattresses and a spacious bathroom. The culinary offering is excellent and plentiful, all at extremely competitive prices, typical of an inn.

28/04/2026: went on a sunday night after the rush had passed. this is such a nice place to have a meal and a drink and enjoy the view. best smash burger in town!

27/04/2026: We came here on a Sunday during the day. The restaurant was roughly a third full. I got the prawn tacos which were very good and I enjoyed them quite a bit. My other half got the French dip sandwich which was decent. They had a good clam chowder that we shared. Food selection was primarily sandwiches, burgers and some lighter fare. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant. The lower seating area has large windows looking out onto the mouth of the river which is nice. Overall not a bad place to visit for a basic meal and a drink.

30/11/2025: Really cute and convenient to walk around...they have a huge and well-stocked Conad supermarket. It's a shame we didn't have time to see the other wing...but if we ever pass through here again, we'll definitely go back!

09/05/2026: We went here for lunch on the recommendation of the owner of the Area Sosta Camper. Very friendly welcome. The food was delicious. Definitely not too expensive. We went back two more times.

08/05/2026: Local restaurant with delicious traditional cuisine. This restaurant was recommended by the owner of our apartments. It was very tasty for us!

06/03/2026: Visited this butcher shop on the way to lunch. They have good good quality dried aged meat and cheese and good price. Worth to get a few variety either for breakfast, sandwich or wines.

18/02/2026: Tried it for a quick porchetta sandwich while visiting Orvieto: good and filling, for €7. Recommended for those looking for a quick, informal lunch, without any particular pretensions.

03/05/2026: The appetizer is fabulous and plentiful. If you want to enjoy the rest, it's best to order the smaller one for two. I had the gnocchetti alla collescipolana, which were delicious, but I couldn't finish them. My companion had the umbrichelli cacio e pepe with real truffle, not truffle sauce. The pizza bianca is served first, while you wait for the main courses. Reasonably priced.

28/10/2025: I haven't had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant yet, but I want to compliment the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I usually order through Deliveroo, but this evening the service was down: I called and the person on the phone was really kind, reactivating it right away. The pizza, as always, was delicious—it's been a while since I've had one like this in Terni! Coming from a family of restaurateurs, I really appreciate thoughtful gestures like this: they're not at all predictable. 😊
