08/03/2026: We didn't stay, but we had dinner. Truly a wonderful surprise. The food is excellent. It offers both a restaurant option with vegetarian and vegan cuisine and all the typical dishes, as well as a pizzeria. Excellent and very friendly service. We tried the vegetarian menu, which was delicious. Highly recommended.

03/02/2026: Everything was excellent. The dishes were delicious. The coccio e pepe ravioli with truffle was dreamy, with a spectacular cream. The main courses were also perfect (very good arrosticini, pork medallions with pecorino and truffle cream). Oh my goodness, what a treat... in short, a wonderful place. I highly recommend it.

27/02/2026: I'm giving it five stars because I can't give it more. Located in a pine forest, it has all the comforts, room service, and rooms—everything is simply perfect!

16/02/2026: Very nice hotel (full of paintings and football-related displays). We had the suite with a small balcony and We only discovered during our vacation that Buffon owned it. Clean rooms, kind, professional, and friendly staff. Convenient parking both in front of the main entrance and at the back, but for a fee. You can use the spa (for a fee), but it was already full, only for 1 hour. I hoped for a much richer breakfast. Because by 9:30 the table was already low on food, even though it closes at 10:30. In the summer, there's an outdoor pool.

18/02/2026: The meat is phenomenal. The staff is extremely friendly. Service is prompt, even when the restaurant is packed (Valentine's Day). If you want to have a wonderful evening and eat well, make a reservation.

03/02/2026: Try the focaccia/pizza. It’s very good, the staff are friendly/helpful. The prices are very reasonable. They do play music from their TV, but it isn’t so loud at to be disturbing.

28/02/2026: It was the second time I'd dined at their restaurant during a trip. The first time was fine, and the second time, although they weren't very friendly, the service and cleanliness of the restaurant were acceptable. But the Roman tripe* This food was definitely not cleaned properly. I started having diarrhea an hour after eating it. I had diarrhea 10 times in 2 days. When I went to the hospital for a checkup, they discovered the food was damaged and infected. I'm getting angry; it still hurts today 😭

15/03/2026: A top-quality restaurant. We had the pasta carbonara and cacio e pepe. The pasta dishes were delicious, and the grilled meat was exceptional. The homemade desserts were delicious. Highly recommended, and the location is excellent near the Attigliano toll booth.

08/03/2026: A historic local restaurant, its success based on traditional Umbrian cuisine. Grilled meats and Grandma Adia's bowls reign supreme. Attentive and courteous staff.

02/12/2025: A perfect lunch break during our autumn bike rides: a warm welcome, excellent food, a friendly atmosphere, all at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely be back in the warmer months to enjoy the magnificent terrace and its panoramic view!

22/11/2025: Today, at the Osteria del Mandorlo, where you can rediscover the ancient flavors of Umbrian tradition, I enjoyed truly sublime strozzapreti with almonds, radicchio, and pancetta, with a perfect consistency, and chicken cacciatore, reminiscent of the cuisine once enjoyed in our grandmothers' homes. All accompanied by the courtesy and friendliness of the owner, Simone. Anna

13/07/2025: Nicoletta, the chef who welcomes those who wish to try her refined, homemade dishes into her home, offers a home restaurant experience in a wonderful location furnished with care and warmth. The vegetarian/vegan food is delicious, simple, and carefully crafted, embracing seasonality and the creativity of the moment, which guide her menus; from appetizers to dessert, it's a constant surprise. I appreciated everything, not only the dishes, all rigorously made by her own hands, including the excellent bread, but also the opportunity to experience the exclusivity of a lunch with my best friend, our only guests, served by a chef just for us who has thought of every detail to welcome us with so much love. Thank you, Nicoletta, we'll be back, and I hope everyone can enjoy a lunch/dinner with her and a service that can't be found or bought in any restaurant... it's worth it!

13/07/2025: My first experience at a home restaurant, and it couldn't have gone better! Nicoletta welcomed us into her beautiful, carefully furnished and very welcoming home, and delighted us with excellent food, all prepared by her with so much love. A tasting of exquisite vegan cheeses, delicious homemade bread, spectacular first and second courses, and not to mention the delicious dessert!!! Besides the excellent food, being able to eat in a traditional home in the village is a truly worthwhile experience. Thank you, Nicoletta, we'll be back soon!

08/03/2026: The sandwiches are amazing! The dishes are delicious too! The setting is stunning, right next to the Isonzo River! Truly wonderful. Friendly and attentive staff. We'll be back! The only downside is that they only accept cash. Debit cards aren't accepted. Everything was excellent, I highly recommend it!

22/02/2026: I went to this restaurant for lunch with friends on a Sunday. The place is quite small but welcoming. We arrived around 1:40 PM and waited about 30 minutes for our order, as only one of the three staff members was responsible for taking orders. Unfortunately, while we were ordering, some of the dishes listed on the menu weren't available: the coratella, the truffle, the pasta with wild boar sauce, and the tortelloni with gorgonzola and chicory. So we had to order the available dishes, our second or third favorites. While we were waiting for our first course, which arrived about an hour after ordering, the waiter came over and told us that two of the first courses we'd ordered were no longer available because they'd just sold out. So, since the first courses were almost completely gone, we opted for the tagliatelle with asparagus and guanciale sauce. Some rather disappointing appetizers: still-frozen zucchini flowers, very salty fries, good tripe, a platter of very good cured meats, and very salty chicory. The first courses (very generous portions) were salty and undercooked; the "carbonara sbagliato" in particular was almost raw. The mutton was very good, but also too salty. Since the second course arrived around 4:00 PM, after a few bites, we opted to have it wrapped up along with the rest of the partially consumed dishes. Despite our high expectations for home-style local cuisine, it was a disappointing lunch, both for the long wait and the quality of the food. The wait staff, however, was very friendly. As for the bill, it was in line with average local prices.

21/02/2026: Without a doubt the best trattoria in the Terni area. A rustic atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, and intensely flavorful cuisine. Generous appetizers, homemade first courses, and second courses to die for. The top-quality desserts are especially noteworthy. Definitely worth a try...and a return visit!

07/11/2025: The location is nice but the food was not good , the “soup” looked and tasted strange . The host tried to please us, but we did not like the food.

20/02/2026: The hospitality offered is distinguished by high standards, comparable to those of a luxury hotel, with superior mattresses and a spacious bathroom. The culinary offering is excellent and plentiful, all at extremely competitive prices, typical of an inn.
