The mortadella is delicious with 3 variations, the loin, the salami, the pancetta, the fillet with herbs... ancient flavours... it is difficult to find excellence of this level. An obligatory stop on every trip north I make. Two seconds from the Orvieto motorway exit. At the shop there is the master's daughter and son-in-law, very friendly, kind and know how to point out the characteristics of each product to perfection, you can see that they spent days alongside the master, all strictly WITHOUT lactose and other rubbish. Make yourself a cutting board and a glass of wine. You will explore new flavors and you will leave happier and more energized, because once you taste those products you will definitely bring something back home. And once you get home you will regret not having also taken the loin.
