08/08/2024: Scelto il posto per la vicinanza e guardando le recensioni. Abbiamo preso due tagliolini cacio e pepe veramente deliziosi, il condimento ben equilibrato nei sapori ed il bacon croccante, voto 10. A seguire una tagliata con rucola e grana, buona e cotta al punto giusto (media come richiesto), qualche parte un po' più grassa del necessario, voto 8. Un piatto di verdure grigliate,  ottime per cottura e gusto ma scarno il piatto seppur bella la presentazione, voto 6. Per chiudere un sorbetto al limone, gustoso anche se un po' troppo ghiacciato, voto 7. Prezzo finito 55 euro, un buon prezzo.

28/07/2024: I spent one night at this agriturismo with my boyfriend and we really liked it: we also had dinner and breakfast there and the food tasted delicious. Prices are fair and service is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful location opposite to Orvieto.

22/05/2024: All very good. I'm in Terni for work and the photos immediately intrigued me. I ordered tuna tartare and prawn tagliolini with truffle. Simple but not obvious dishes. If you pass through Terni I highly recommend it.

No comments on the food, since we had it we left...

Excellent mouth-watering food and combinations with a revisited traditional cuisine. ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY IT I RECOMMEND!!!

17/07/2024: Last night we were pampered by the impeccable service of this pearl in the heart of the historic center of San Gemini. The initial pink bubbles, a wonderful ciliegiolo, delicate and not at all anonymous, welcomed us, inebriating us right away. The welcome trio opened the dance, taking us into the hot Umbrian summer with melon, salmon, mushrooms, chocolate and cherry tomatoes. A small work of art that prepares us for the wonderful journey of flavors that awaited us. The chef surprised us with reinterpretations of local recipes using native and seasonal raw materials. The freshly made bread using sourdough starter went perfectly with each course. The pappardelle with porcini mushrooms "dirtied" by cherry tomatoes was so sweet that it made one think of a dessert. The fusilloni with potatoes would have satisfied even the most difficult palates with an unexpected, fresh, unique flavour. The fillet with potato lasagne was a journey within a journey. I didn't know potatoes could achieve certain levels of flavor. Ecstatic. Grilled guinea fowl combined with a sweet sauce is a welcome little joke that the chef offered to my guinea fowl-loving companion. The ending offered to us could not fail to be surprising. It is a trio of fruit tastings marinated in its own juice and flavored with spices and herbs. I'm not a fruit lover but I think I would eat plenty of it if it were always served this way. The sommeliers were able to match the wines to our dishes, giving us a wonderful journey through local and non-local wineries, enriching the incredible experience we had with professionalism, kindness and wisdom. The initial rosé sparkling wine started a magic that continued with an expertly recommended Arneis paired with the important first courses we chose. Subsequently, Sagrantino dominated the scene, supporting the fillet with elegance and decision. To conclude we ordered a very particular digestive from the Umbrian areas. We were enchanted by the story of its creator and drinking it with such awareness made it even tastier and more special. Our summer cuddle ended like this, on a quiet and characteristic terrace overlooking the sunset among the Umbrian hills at the foot of a bell tower. Relaxed, really full and very happy.

02/09/2024: If you're in the Astoria area, you should stop by the Inferno lounge by pier 11, and have a yummy coctail, with a beautiful view. The Chowder I had was good, and flavorful, my sisters said the steamed clams were delicious, but definitely needed more bread than a small stick.

22/06/2024: Sono spesso a Terni per lavoro e per me qui è tappa fissa. Gentilezza, competenza, menù che offre interessanti combinazioni, una cantina dei vini super assortita sono tutti fattori racchiusi in un locale di altri tempi.

18/08/2024: We had a wonderful lunch in this place with attention to the smallest details, colorful and welcoming with a strong modern impact. Well cooked dishes and excellent raw materials. Courteous service. The only flaw: the smelly and dirty bathroom. Other than that easily remedied note, I highly recommend a visit.

Exquisite pizzas like everything else. Friendly, polite staff present at every request. A corner of goodness in Terni. Try it to believe it 😉!!!

06/07/2024: La taverna della Fortezza è stato il punto di ritrovo con Chef Manzini per creare il menu del nostro matrimonio, sua collocazione per gran parte dell’anno quando non svolge catering per eventi. Federico è un ragazzo talentuoso e professionale, attento alla qualità dei prodotti, con una cucina fedele alla tradizione italiana senza snobbare il nuovo. Prima di sceglierlo come Chef del nostro evento conoscevamo già questo posto e lui, una garanzia di buon cibo e staff fenomenale.
