03/02/2026: This restaurant is next to the cathedral, slightly hidden at the back of the square. The two of us had carbonara, umbrichelli, and a truffle tagliata with sautéed mushrooms, as well as two desserts and coffee: everything was excellent and the portions generous. The presentation was also beautiful. The waiter was very friendly. €40 per person, with a small discount as a pleasant surprise. A very fair price for such high quality!

16/08/2025: Locale che non delude mai per gentilezza, professionalità, accuratezza nella preparazione dei piatti. Cibo di ottima qualità, altrettanto si può dire per la scelta dei vini (in questo caso è da sottolineare l'onestà dei prezzi con ricarico davvero marginale). Consigliatissimo in tutte le fasce orarie, ovviamente anche per aperitivo (credo si possa dire che i cocktail siano tra i migliori della città), servito con piattino sempre molto particolare. Sempre ben frequentato. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

18/01/2026: I spent two nights in this hotel with my husband, unfortunately I had a bad experience, in the relaxation area that we had booked on September 29, 2025, I slipped near the whirlpool tub, due to the completely wet floor, the absence of non-slip mats and supports to hold on and cross the room to the exit safely.. I slipped like a bar of soap on the water, on my left side, immediately a large bruise and pain, a guest family saw my fall, luckily I managed to get up even if I was in a lot of pain, there was no employee who could monitor this area and dry the floor, when the beautician arrived, who is almost always busy in the cabin and who has to do everything alone, she saw my bruise and we pointed out to her that there were no mats or supports.. I also told the receptionist... naively and above all in good faith... I didn't think of taking photos or videos of the room, I didn't go to the emergency room immediately because I hoped that it would go away with a painkiller but unfortunately it didn't It was, the pain continued when I returned home to the Marche I went to the emergency room, luckily nothing broken but the pain is constant and continues even today despite physiotherapy and painkillers unfortunately they are the kind of traumas that you keep like when you have whiplash in a car following a rear-end collision. I asked for reimbursement at least for the expenses incurred, the insurance said that the mats were there and that I had to ask the names of the witnesses, take photos and videos and file a complaint immediately... that is, I had to improvise as a policeman... but at that moment I was only in pain and was thinking of nothing else... the facility cleverly thought of sending the photos to the insurance company of the room with the mats that were not there that day and which were obviously put after my request, but I assure you that they were not there and if the family present that afternoon will read this review they will be able to confirm it, the only thing the manager was able to tell me on the phone, without asking me how I was and feeling sorry for what happened... was that I could go to the emergency room immediately and since I went after a few days maybe I had the injury later, in these cases it would have been better to keep quiet!!! Because on top of the damage, I also have to add insult to injury. What makes me most angry is when someone causes harm to others and not only doesn't take responsibility but places the blame on the injured party. This is unacceptable. I could go on with many other inconveniences I've had in this facility, but I think the one described is exemplary and significant enough to indicate its management... very superficial and disrespectful towards the customer.

21/10/2025: SIMPLY AMAZING! We stayed on Sunday, October 19th. The staff were kind and friendly, the receptionists were incredibly kind. We had the opportunity to use the spa, everything was very clean and had everything you need. The room was sparkling clean, as was the bathroom. We ate at the hotel restaurant, everything was delicious. The breakfast the next morning was so rich and varied. Congratulations, and we'll definitely be back.

25/12/2025: I visited this restaurant for the first time and fell in love with the first course... potato tart with stewed purple cabbage and turmeric pecorino cream, WONDERFUL, and then I completely lost my mind with the Ternana-style ciriole, the packets alla norma, and the crispy fennel on a cream of cannellini beans and turmeric, pumpkin seeds, and dried tomatoes. The passion you feel in every dish that comes out of that kitchen is indescribable! Bravo to the chefs! Long live the cuisine, the real thing, congratulations indeed... all enhanced by very courteous and attentive service. Thank you! The icing on the cake of a wonderful stay at the Hotel Michelangelo and its super relaxing spa... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

02/07/2025: Ottimo ristorante posizionato all’uscita autostradale di Fabro. Cucina genuina curata e preparata buona materia prima. Ottima la carne. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Oltre ad essere comoda la posizione ha anche un ampio parcheggio fronte il locale ed un albergo nello stessa struttura, tutto questo molto comodo per chi viaggia.

18/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante posizionato strategicamente all’uscita autostradale di Fabro. Cucina genuina curata e preparata con ottima materia prima. I piatti a base di carne fanno da padrone nel menù ma anche i primi sono degni di nota. Dolci preparati in casa molto buoni. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ampio posteggio di fronte il locale.

04/10/2025: A night out for pizza—you know, a pizza is a pizza. When we arrived (there were four of us), it wasn't crowded, but the wait was over half an hour. The waiter, without ever smiling, made us wait both to order drinks and to bring the change. I didn't know they had a single Saturday menu consisting of a mixed fried fish for four, one pizza, and one dessert, with no option to choose what to eat. The pizza was good, but there were only a few options to choose from. The food/service/price ratio seemed unfair.

30/12/2025: We stopped briefly for a snack: a platter of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by local red wine and warm focaccia. Everything was delicious, and the price was fair for the quality.

28/12/2025: Unfortunately, I can't review the food because, after asking the waitress if they had room for two people and not getting a clear answer because she spoke little to no English (this isn't a criticism of the person, but a fact), we were literally and rudely pushed out the door by the presumed owner, who told us they had no room without an apology or a regretful smile. I want to point out that we weren't arrogant or pushy. We just asked a question, and they could have politely answered it. Never mind, we ate wonderfully a few meters further on. I assume the sellout was due to the good food, not the long waits and the hospitality.

12/10/2025: The best takeaway pizza in town, staffed by young and very kind people, prices maybe slightly above average but in my opinion you pay for quality.

18/09/2025: We chose this property for its historic character and its pool. We used it for about two hours because it was full of mosquitoes, and we and other guests had to flee. The area could be disinfected so guests can enjoy relaxing by the pool, but instead we had to go up to our room and then leave. The lobby cleaning was a bit unnecessary, and we would have liked a check-in to be done with a smile. The room and breakfast room were dimly lit, and there was no large mirror. Excellent Italian breakfast. We checked out with a smile, asking: "Are you not using the pool?"... Positive notes for the three of us: historic structure, breakfast, proximity to Orvieto. I'm attaching a photo.

24/06/2025: Came here by chance while traveling, as it is close to the highway - but I'll come back for a vacation for sure after seeing this unique building and the lovely town it is in. People are friendly and laid back, the room is large and has AC, the hotel is clean. Total hidden gem! Highly recommended!!

22/01/2026: Pizza al taglio! This is a great spot in Orvieto for pizza al taglio (pizza by the slice). We tried the salsiccia e funghi, pepperoni, funghi porcini and gorgonzola e pera and they were all terrific! Lovely toppings and nice thin bases. The lady is quite friendly and if you ask nicely she might even heat them up for you. This is a good value option for a quick and tasty meal!

04/01/2026: The place is very nice, just a few steps from the Duomo. We had pizza and soft drinks. Service was slow, even though the place wasn't busy, and the pizza was really mediocre; we only ate until the end because we were hungry.

08/11/2025: First of all, a lovely place. Today, it was sunny despite it being November, and we had lunch outside. The raised square is just enough to stay away from the chaos. There are also a few tables right on the main street, but I'd probably avoid those. Excellent tartare, with basil mayonnaise, elegantly plated, eggplant parmigianina, and delicious fresh pasta with truffles. The panna cotta was so-so, but never mind. Friendly and overall quick service. Very reasonable price.

01/11/2025: I'm reviewing the restaurant. We went to the Halloween Murder Mystery Dinner, a large table of friends. It was a terrible experience for everyone. The food was high-quality, with unique flavor combinations, but the wait between courses was biblical—a full five hours for a dinner. Absurd! The event was supposed to start at 8:30 PM, but instead they started serving an hour late. We were also expecting a welcome that would explain the evening's schedule, but there was nothing. At 9:30 PM, we were starving and clinging to the bread. The children were complaining... But they wouldn't start serving until everyone had arrived. There were about 150 people in the room, and only one table for five was missing. They couldn't bring themselves to bring out the dishes to wait for all these people. Finally, they start serving and we notice general chaos: the appetizer was a small tart, the first course was small portions... In short, €25 per person + €10 for the show wasted, long waiting times, the show was not at all dynamic. Totally boring. The kids were asleep on the table, we waited an hour between courses... Truly terribly organized. Many complaints, even from those in attendance.

08/01/2026: We had dinner, stayed overnight, and the next morning, had breakfast and left. Dinner wasn't a great success: bland porcini mushroom and pumpkin pasta, and the sliced ​​meat was questionable about its freshness. The rooms were well-maintained and warm, but breakfast was very basic, with no croissants.
