03/08/2025: Kindness and excellent products

18/09/2025: We chose this property for its historic character and its pool. We used it for about two hours because it was full of mosquitoes, and we and other guests had to flee. The area could be disinfected so guests can enjoy relaxing by the pool, but instead we had to go up to our room and then leave. The lobby cleaning was a bit unnecessary, and we would have liked a check-in to be done with a smile. The room and breakfast room were dimly lit, and there was no large mirror. Excellent Italian breakfast. We checked out with a smile, asking: "Are you not using the pool?"... Positive notes for the three of us: historic structure, breakfast, proximity to Orvieto. I'm attaching a photo.

24/06/2025: Came here by chance while traveling, as it is close to the highway - but I'll come back for a vacation for sure after seeing this unique building and the lovely town it is in. People are friendly and laid back, the room is large and has AC, the hotel is clean. Total hidden gem! Highly recommended!!

16/08/2025: Locale che non delude mai per gentilezza, professionalità, accuratezza nella preparazione dei piatti. Cibo di ottima qualità, altrettanto si può dire per la scelta dei vini (in questo caso è da sottolineare l'onestà dei prezzi con ricarico davvero marginale). Consigliatissimo in tutte le fasce orarie, ovviamente anche per aperitivo (credo si possa dire che i cocktail siano tra i migliori della città), servito con piattino sempre molto particolare. Sempre ben frequentato. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

02/07/2025: Ottimo ristorante posizionato all’uscita autostradale di Fabro. Cucina genuina curata e preparata buona materia prima. Ottima la carne. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Oltre ad essere comoda la posizione ha anche un ampio parcheggio fronte il locale ed un albergo nello stessa struttura, tutto questo molto comodo per chi viaggia.

18/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante posizionato strategicamente all’uscita autostradale di Fabro. Cucina genuina curata e preparata con ottima materia prima. I piatti a base di carne fanno da padrone nel menù ma anche i primi sono degni di nota. Dolci preparati in casa molto buoni. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ampio posteggio di fronte il locale.

19/10/2025: Yesterday we had dinner there. Everything was excellent. Impeccable service. Despite the name sounding like a tourist attraction, it's far from a tourist restaurant! I recommend it.

16/09/2025: A small, but well-kept and charming place, with a touch of blue that creates a lovely atmosphere. In Piedilugo, I wanted to try lake dishes, and that's exactly what I was looking for! I'm not a fan of freshwater fish, but I found the dishes to be well-crafted, well-presented, and full of character. The wine cellar offers only a few local wines; I'd recommend expanding the selection. The bar offers a nice selection of products and a quality ice cream parlor. There's a small flaw I'd like to point out to the owners so they can improve their establishment: the wine is pressed at the table and left there by the waitress; have it poured, tasted, and then wait for the okay to serve it. Furthermore, the delicious seafood and lake appetizer offers many varieties of fish prepared in various ways, but if the waiter doesn't explain what's on my plate, I don't know what I'm eating, especially since it's not even written on the menu. But as I said, these are small flaws that, if improved, will allow the customer to better enjoy the service and the meal. Regardless, I appreciate it!

12/10/2025: The best takeaway pizza in town, staffed by young and very kind people, prices maybe slightly above average but in my opinion you pay for quality.

22/01/2026: Pizza al taglio! This is a great spot in Orvieto for pizza al taglio (pizza by the slice). We tried the salsiccia e funghi, pepperoni, funghi porcini and gorgonzola e pera and they were all terrific! Lovely toppings and nice thin bases. The lady is quite friendly and if you ask nicely she might even heat them up for you. This is a good value option for a quick and tasty meal!

27/01/2026: Excellent dishes. Friendly yet competent service. Excellent wine list. Not 5 stars due to the very limited quantities. Spent about €45 for two dishes and one bottle shared between four.

18/11/2025: Terrible experience. The owner was almost annoyed by the presence of the diners. His attitude was, to say the least, unwelcoming. He was constantly complaining and making jokes about those sitting at his restaurant's tables for lunch. This man should learn to respect the people who choose his restaurant and therefore pay to eat, thus allowing him to make a living. Luckily, Terni is full of other restaurants! Highly not recommended!

26/10/2025: We came here for lunch. The food was average, nothing special. Unfortunately, they mistook us for tourists and charged us tourist prices. A plate of pasta, a parmigiana, a liter of water, and a glass of wine, plus cover charge, cost ~€50. Well, they took our money once, but never again.
