Inedible pizza, dry and hard, and the focaccias are incredibly salty, both in terms of the dough and the price.
A focaccia split in half with three slices of salami costs €6, eaten on plastic chairs on the side of a road. The sign "sandwiches and stuffed focaccias" on the side of the road, a must for those coming from Marmore, is a decoy. Tourists passing by at lunchtime (as we were), attracted by the sign and since there are no other focaccia shops nearby, will stop and order, thinking the prices are reasonable, given the location and the products on display.
(NOTE THAT THE PRICE IS NOT DISPLAYED!)
At the end, they'll be surprised by the bill, as if they'd gone to eat at a restaurant!
Extremely expensive, practically non-existent value for money.

19/08/2025: Terrible experience, don't go!
We ordered pizzas and were served with extremely dry dough, with equally questionable toppings, all incredibly salty, but never as much as the bill!
Three 8/10 cm long focaccias with three slices of salami for €18 (as if it were Cracco's bakery!), to be eaten on the side of the road on plastic chairs and tables!
The pizzas (called pizzas, but calling them pizzas takes courage) were made with a dry, hard dough, poorly rolled out, and cooked to the point of being practically inedible.
For those who think "we're in Le Marmore and therefore everything costs more," it's helpful to know that we paid the same amount in the center of Pisa with the Leaning Tower behind us, but we actually ate a slice of edible, delicious pizza sitting at a table outside.
We were expecting a more down-to-earth and affordable place given the location, but we were wrong!
Further along is the Conad, where lunch is definitely more edible and your wallet is safer!

04/11/2025: I didn't like the music. They play it so loud I can't hear anything through my headphones. Maybe they don't understand that people come to relax, not to listen to the concert, which is all about taste. I understand if it was classical music, but they play rap or something else. Anyway, it's not good to play the music that loud. It's annoying and makes you want to leave.

19/10/2025: Last night I dined here with friends and was unfortunately very disappointed. I ordered a fillet steak with Sagrantino sauce, and the sauce was truly unpleasant; it tasted far from what I expected. I reported it to the waiter, who asked if everything was okay, and I told him straight away that I didn't like it. Despite my complaint, when I went to pay, I wasn't even offered a small discount or a courtesy for the inconvenience. A truly unpleasant experience; I don't think I'll be back.

10/02/2026: There's potential for a 4- or 5-star breakfast, given the vast selection of sweet and savory options, but the croissants' execution leaves much to be desired: the filling is poorly distributed, and you end up eating too much of the pastry. A word of advice? It would be much better to cut them in half and spread the filling over the entire surface. Add to this the limited seating and the hassle of parking, and the overall experience is a bit frustrating despite the deliciousness of the products. Still, I recommend it.

01/01/2026: Brought here by friends from Orvieto, we tried a bit of everything from beans to bruschetta to pizza. Everything was excellent, even the chocolate flan. The service was kind, friendly, and fast. I recommend it.

17/01/2026: This bar's location is incredible: right in front of the Orvieto Cathedral, in a setting seemingly lifted from another era. The exterior is distinctive, the decor has great potential, and it could truly become a little gem for those visiting the city.
Unfortunately, the experience at the counter was anything but positive.
The service was surprisingly rude. Despite the lack of clarity in the organization and several people waiting, the staff showed neither courtesy nor attention. We found ourselves waiting quite a while for a simple coffee, and the attitude of the person making it gave the impression that they were doing us a favor. The same nervous and unhelpful attitude was noticeable among the other customers present.
It's a real shame: a place with such a prime location and such an evocative setting deserves welcoming staff, capable of enhancing it and not making you want to leave immediately.
In conclusion, the potential is there—and a lot of it—but the service, at least during our experience, made the visit disappointing. I hope that management can improve, because it would be a real shame to let such a place go.

16/07/2025: Nice place with good shade. We were late for lunch. After cycling for some hours with nice climbs, we were hungry. Best cappuccino we had for a long time! Perfetto! Nice sandwiches and we closed the meal with delicious ice-cream.
