18/11/2025: Terrible experience. The owner was almost annoyed by the presence of the diners. His attitude was, to say the least, unwelcoming. He was constantly complaining and making jokes about those sitting at his restaurant's tables for lunch. This man should learn to respect the people who choose his restaurant and therefore pay to eat, thus allowing him to make a living. Luckily, Terni is full of other restaurants! Highly not recommended!

26/10/2025: We came here for lunch. The food was average, nothing special. Unfortunately, they mistook us for tourists and charged us tourist prices. A plate of pasta, a parmigiana, a liter of water, and a glass of wine, plus cover charge, cost ~€50. Well, they took our money once, but never again.

23/12/2025: 4 people €140 We were honestly disappointed. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the smell of fried fish (odd, because they don't serve fish). The prices weren't up to par for the quality of the dishes. I honestly didn't expect the pasta with black truffle (and evidently neither did the staff) to taste like broccoli. The truffle was flavorless. The Angus steak with truffle and the Angus steak with caramelized onions both arrived cold, or lukewarm to be polite. The baked potatoes never arrived, and we didn't tell the cashier. The cashier removed them from the bill only after we urged him to, as if he were doing us a favor. "Come on, we'll take the potatoes off." POSITIVE NOTES Very kind waiters (the dishes took a little longer to arrive). The large grilled meat was good, and above all, the only hot dish. The onions in the steak were delicious. It was a shame about everything else, and it was a shame that we weren't satisfied and that we got our money's worth for the dinner.

18/09/2025: We chose this property for its historic character and its pool. We used it for about two hours because it was full of mosquitoes, and we and other guests had to flee. The area could be disinfected so guests can enjoy relaxing by the pool, but instead we had to go up to our room and then leave. The lobby cleaning was a bit unnecessary, and we would have liked a check-in to be done with a smile. The room and breakfast room were dimly lit, and there was no large mirror. Excellent Italian breakfast. We checked out with a smile, asking: "Are you not using the pool?"... Positive notes for the three of us: historic structure, breakfast, proximity to Orvieto. 24/06/2025: Came here by chance while traveling, as it is close to the highway - but I'll come back for a vacation for sure after seeing this unique building and the lovely town it is in. People are friendly and laid back, the room is large and has AC, the hotel is clean. Total hidden gem! Highly recommended!!

24/11/2025: A historic trattoria taken over by other long-standing local restaurateurs. Authentic, traditional Umbrian dishes prepared with love and decades of experience. An experience to try again and again.

30/04/2025: Ambiente gradevole e spazioso, personale preparato e scrupoloso, qualità del cibo e materia prima scelta con attenzione e altrettanto gradita la sua presentazione !

06/03/2025: Andiamo spesso in questo ristorante quando siamo a Terni. Ottima la location. Vi abbiamo cenato per due giorni e per la prima volta abbiamo provato le pizze (salsiccia e friarelli). Molto buona la lievitazione, non molto basse e con un bel cornicione gustate con della birra scura. La sera seguente dal Menù Ristorante (molto interessante) abbiamo gustato l'ovetto fritto col tartufo (veramente squisito), i paccheri, la tagliata, la faraona ed un ottimo dolce. Tutti piatti eccellenti, ottimi prodotti e ben cucinati dallo chef Paolo. Un particolare da non sottovalutare è la presenza della cucina a vista, che deve risultare sempre pulita ed in ordine. Questa lo era (bravo lo chef e la sua brigata). Il conto sicuramente in linea con quello che abbiamo mangiato. Una nota positiva anche per il personale impeccabile.. molto competente e professionale Giuliano che gestisce ottimamente la sala e molto brava anche la giovanissima cameriera Margherita che ci ha servito, gentile, solare e sempre molto attenta. 02/08/2025: Abbiamo cenato un paio di volte e ci siamo trovati molto bene come locale, come cibo (cucina locale) e per la cordialità gentilezza e simpatia della titolare sig.ra Cristina. Da ritornare in una eventuale futura occasione.

28/07/2025: Trattoria semplice con menù umbro di buona qualità. Buona la Ceriola al tartufo nero ed anche l'antipasto di pesce del lago. Servizio efficiente. Buon rapporto prezzo qualità.
